Epilogue

•Couple months later •

It's been a couple months since everything happened; the class reunion, the fight, Marinette's death, and the fall of Ladybug.

No one can forget that night even months later.

Every hero felt guilty for not being able to help their friend.

They are trying to get over her death slowly but surely.

They gather once a week to talk about themselves and her.

Everyone but Adrien is doing ok, and no one blames him. He lost the love of his life.

Alya and Chloe blamed themselves for being pregnant and not being able to fight along side their friend who has always been there for them.

Nino and Luka were supposed to protect her they vowed to it, and they couldn't even do that.

Max and Kim were there. They saw her fall, they couldn't transform back to save her.

Alix blamed herself for not being stronger and faster. She let her friend down. 

Kagami cursed herself. Her first friend was always so happy. Nothing could bring her down. She would be the one to cheer everyone up. And now she's not here to do that. Kagami was raised to be perfect, but when Marinette came along and helped her; she was her true self around Mari. But now what? She's gone, she lost her friend, her world and now she was lost.

Adrien wasn't any better. After years of admiring the girl from behind a screen he finally got to see her again only for her to be taken away from him. He was the one who did this to her and everyday she wasn't here he would fall further into darkness. He wasn't himself. When he found out his father was Hawkmoth he could take that. But Marinette being gone? Forever. His heart couldn't take that, not when they confessed. Not when they couldn't have their happy ever after.

Her funeral was in a day. Everyone had their speeches ready, but no one was ready to face reality.

Their friend was really gone. Their everyday Lady bug was gone. Their actual Lady bug was gone.

Every citizen from Paris came for the funeral. They grieved their hero who died saving them. They talked to the hero's behind the masks and have their condolences.

Now that no more evil would show up they came out with their identities. People were surprised to see that the heros were famous people all around the world.

The hero's could only talk to each other. If they talked to the citizens they might have broke down crying.

The funeral finished hours later, everyone had so much to say and do many tears.

The group of friends were beyond tired after that, but they did it for Mari.

They all were going to go their separate way, but before that they made their way to the park.

They all circled around the statue that was built in memory of her. As her civilian form and her Ladybug form.

After standing around the park for a while everyone began to go home.

The only people left were Kagami and Adrien. Both of them not knowing what to do anymore.

"She wouldn't want us to be sad, she would want us all to be happy" stated the girls best friend.

Adrien sighed.
