Medusa
Greeks called her ugly
They claimed that they froze in horror because of her face.
It isn't her fault-
That snakes bite her chunks of beauty each day
One day she was sick of the oncoming slayers-
And allowed one to spear through her heart.
He was awarded flight
Showing Medusa to fly away from her misery
