Chapter 1

1 year later

It's my 16th birthday and I'm graduating high school. It's been a year since I moved. Of course, I miss my friends, but I made a bunch of new ones too. I guess I'm technically in a group of people.There is three boys and three girls. For the girls, there is Claire, Samantha and me( Chloe ). Claire has red, straight hair, and is always wearing converse or combat boots. She has hazel eyes, and is a tomboy. She can be serious when she wants to be, but other times she's just crazy. Samantha has brown hair with blonde streaks and blonde bangs. She usually wears combat boots along with anything else. She can truly make anything go with combat boots. And then theres me. I have brown hair with pink streaks,blue eyes and I can make any two colors go together. Now for the boys. First theres Jake, he has brown hair and it is always spiked up in the front. He has brown eyes and always has this weird, but humorous look in his eyes. He can make any hat go with any outfit. Next there's Braydon. He has short, dark brown hair, he is really nice to everyone. And finally, theres Chase. He has blonde hair and he always spikes it up. His eyes change from blue to green, brown and sometimes gold. To me, he is the best looking of the group, and he is my crush.

As I'm getting ready for school, my phone starts ringing. Its like 6 in the morning! Who would possibly be calling at this hour! I walk over to my phone and check. Its Chase and he wants to FaceTime. " Hey Chase " " Hey Chloe" "What Did you need?" I ask him. " What? Am I not aloud to FaceTime my friend in the morning? " he said. " Ya you can I just was not sure if u needed something." " Ya I do need something, actually I have a question for you." he says. O god, his questions always end in a laughing fit." Do u need a ride to school" he asked. Wow, I thought, usually they are stupid questions but this one is serious." um ya, why? are u gonna pick me up??" I asked. "ya I mean if u don't mind..." " umm ya that would be great I said casually, but on the inside I was jumping with excitement. "umm ill be there in 10." "okay see u then" I said then hung up. After that I walked over to my closet and picked out a pink spaghetti strap tank too with a jean jacket to go over it. With some black skinny jeans and my boots. I grabbed my purse and headed down stairs, ate, brushed my teeth, and waited for Chase to come.

5 min later Chase came waltzing through the door like he owned the place. " hello gorgeous, are you ready?" he said. I blushed at his comment and walked out the door with him.
