Unexpected Love – Chapter 1: Intro
Liam’s POV
I can't believe I had to see, the girl of my dreams cheating on me.
It was a long day of promo for our new album, but thank God, the promo was only in town today. I had dinner plans with Danielle, her place wasn’t that far, and it was a nice night so I decided to walk there and we could take her car instead of mine. When I reach her flat, I stand outside the building for a minute, just thinking about her and about our future, sure I’m only 19 and in pretty much one of the biggest boybands in the world right now. But, Dani’s special, we had a future, I love her so much its crazy, I never thought I love anyone as much as I love her, everything was so easy, people say oh love is hard. But if it’s the right person, it should be easy and not hard right? At least that’s what I’ve always thought.
I breathe in the nice night air and walk in through the door, then I take out my keys to unlock the second door, Danielle made me a copy of both the door key and the apartment key as I did with her with my flat building keys. I make my way up the stairs, she was on the fifth floor, and I like to stay in shape as best I can, especially off tour, so even taking the stairs instead of the lift is good exercise!
I go to the door, to enter the hallway of the fifth floor, I walk down the hallway a little more till I reach her door, I’m about to knock on the door when I hear something on the other side of the door, it sounds like Danielle, but she’s moaning, can’t wait for me? I think as I take my keys out and unlock the door. She always has it locked, even when she’s home. I enter and I hear her getting louder and louder not to mention she was saying some pretty sexy things too.
I follow her sounds to her bedroom; I could hear sounds of moans and groans of a man too, so I can’t wait to catch her watching porn. She gets embarrassed sometimes but it’s all fun banter.
I stopped when I reached the bedroom door, the door was open, and it was the sight that I saw before me, that made me stop dead in my tracks. Danielle and another guy, I saw her naked, riding another guy with such a pleasure filled look on her face, “Ohh…David…please, please…don’t…stop.” She said loudly. He was touching her in all the places that I always touched her and pleased her. I can feel my heart shattering.
Tears fill my eyes, I feel numb, I froze, I wanted to speak but I couldn’t, I take notice that the lights are on so I flick them off, they didn’t seem to notice so I just started to flick them on and off. The guy looks over at me and said, “I don’t do threesum’s…, but you’re welcomed to watch or listen in.” Danielle looks over and saw me; she jumped off the guy and ran over to me, “Liam, uh…This really isn’t what it looks like.” She grabbed her robe and put it on.
“Really? Not what it looks like? It looks like YOUR FUCKING SOME GUY THAT’S NOT ME!” I yell, trying not to cry. I would not cry in front of that guy.
“Li…Let me explain…” She tries to say.
“Why? You know what’s even worse. You’re completely sober. You’re not even drunk. You have no fucking excuse…” I interrupt.
“But…” She starts.
I shake my head, “It’s not like he forced you to have sex with him. I mean…clearly you were enjoying yourself. Was it forced?”
“No.” She says softly.
“Then we’re fucking done.” I say as my voice breaks.
I run out of the flat and skip about three steps as I run to the main floor, I run out of the building almost knocking someone over. “I’m sorry…” I mumble as I keep running. I run till I’m inside the building and for some reason my key wasn’t working. I quickly scan the buzzer list and buzz Niall’s flat as he’s the first out of all the boys that show up on the list.
