I get up and it's raining well my plans are ruined I guess I'll go shop I get up and get dressed

I put my hair in a ponytail ion even care if it's neat or not I put my phone in my purse and pick it up along with my keys i walk out my room and go into the kitchen I grab me a banana and water
"Where you going ?" I heard a voice say I turn around and it's Kai high ass
"Out shopping why ?"I said answering his question
"Get me some Chinese I want chicken and shrimp fried rice"he said I rolled my eyes
"No ask Kaylani she yo girl not me" I said about to walk out the kitchen
"she being a bitch that's why I asked you" he said
"Fine nigga Ian promising it gon be hot"I said walking out the door
I put in my hood and run to my car as fast as I could i still got fucking wet I crank up and immediately turn on my heat hopefully I'll dry before I get to the mall if not oh well I pull out the driveway I turn on my fav song My Type By Saweetie I rap along as drive after a quick 10 min drive I make it to the mall the rain stopped so I don't have to worry I grab my umbrella to be on the safe side I lock the door and head inside I decide to go to rainbow first it usually has cute stuff in there I grab a couple items and pay for it of course with Kai card I hit up a couple stores I have a total of 12 bags idk how I'm carrying them
"You need help ?"some guy says I look and it Gio
"Yea"I said giving him a goofy smile he grabs majority of the bags
"So how ya been it's been a min since I seen you?" He asked
"I've been good ig wbu"I said
"Same same uhh my mom been asking about you she talks about you all the time even tho she doesn't remember your name"he said I laugh how his mama don't know my name
"Do you tell her my name?" I asked
"Every time I be like ma her name is Kendra she be like Oh yea and still call you that girl" he said
"I'll have to come swing by sometimes"I said
"Yea but come after 11" he said
"Why after 11?" I asked
"That's what time she wakes up"he said nervously I feel like he hiding something but it's whatever lemme catch y'all up after everything happen Gio wanted to be a hoe and fuck around and so we stopped talking and this is my first time seeing him in months it's no hard feelings between us I just had to distance myself umm Kaylani and Kai still together they have 4 month old Daughter Name Kamari she beautiful good thing she look like Kai I'm her Aunt Me and Kaylani are kinda friends I still don't trust her it's just a hi and bye with her so I basically I stay to myself anyways back to me and Gio we walked in silence I didn't notice we made it to my car I pop the trunk
"Thanks Gio" I said
"Welcome"he said going in for a hug I step back no nigga no hug no kiss no nothing he looked a little hurt but oh well
"Well bye see you around" I said getting into my car
"Wait can I get your number so we can text as friends ?"he asked
"Ion know can you?"I said putting my number in my phone

"Nah jus to you anyways I gotta go"I said
"Alr bye just lemme know when you gonna come to the house"he said
"Ok I will"I said while backing out he watched me pull off I go to the Chinese and order Kai food and I get me something too after waiting what seems like forever I get out food and sweet tea I place everything in a certain order so it waste in my car I drive home and carry the bags in the house I hand Kai his food and me being nice for once I did actually but Kaylani a outfit well Kai did he don't treat her right frfr every since she had the baby he's been a ass but hey it ain't my business I stuck up for her once and she got mad so I said fuck it anyways I give her a couple bags and go to my room and lock the door
