Chapter 5 "The Mall Attention"

That day I go to the mall with Riley as I said I would. We walked, shopped, and talked. It was a pretty calming place to be just to sit and talk with your best friend while have fun is the best! I loved when I had done this all of the time with Riley last year. This year is just so stressful we can hardly make it anymore.

I get 3 pairs of yoga pants, 2 new bows, 4 rings and 2 shirts. All for under $50 that's why I liked our mall. It wasn't as expensive as all the others. I check my phone, it reads 6:30 we have been here for 4 hours but we're hungry so we decide to eat before he head out.

"What do you want?" Riley asked

"I'm not sure just wanna grab McDonalds while we're right here?"

"Sure that's fine." She responded "I'll order I know what you want"

"Haha ok but don't mess it up!"

"Yeah yeah I got it"

I sit down at an empty table for two waiting for Riley. I go on Twitter and just snoop around. It's fun just creeping on Twitter and I'm not the only one who does it either. I forgot about Gilinsky DMing me. I checked my messages again and the first two words always make me smile "Hey beautiful." I can imagine those words coming from Jack's mouth directing it towards me. It was true I was in love but he didn't even know I existed! Until yesterday that's when my whole life changed. I close out of Twitter when Riley comes with the food. She sits down and hands me my food. I was in the middle of a chicken nugget when I got a notification from Twitter. It was another DM. I froze hoping it was just someone else and not Jack so I wouldn't make a scene. I put the chicken nuggets down, wipe my fingers with my napkin and unlock my phone. Holy shit, the DM was from Jack! I screamed for about 3 seconds and 2 seconds later, everyone in the mall was staring at me. I didn't help that the food court was right in the middle of the mall. I could tell the whole mall was silent except for the water fall right next to us. My cheeks turned red as I look at Riley. Her cheeks are red too. She doesn't like being embarrassed especially like this. I couldn't help but to scream it was Gilinsky we were talking about! I read the DM out loud to Riley. As I read those words Jack wrote me. My heart began to speed up as is saw the picture that went along with it. It's said:

"What's up gorgeous remember those free tickets you asked for to go to Digi? Well they are right here! Two VIP passes to Digi on June 11th!

Sweet! We get out of school the day before the 11th! I first day of summer I get to meet Jack Gilisnky! Wow my life has really changed ever since Bella sent Jack that DM.

I responded with:

"Awesome! I finally get to meet you! Thank you so much it really means a lot I'm looking forward to it!" I pressed send and look up at Riley. You could tell she was red from almost dying of laughter.

I'm a little behind because I have school but I do post twice a day everyday hopefully! I won't be posting this weekend maybe Monday or Tuesday.
