"Zander, what the hell. Get off him!" I struggled to pull him away from the guy but he just pushed me away.

I regained my balance and pulled him all the way off of the other guy. I almost tripped when I finally pulled him off but I caught myself. I put my hand on his shoulder.

"What's wrong with you?" I looked over his shoulder. The guy was unconscious.

"Get off me!" He pushed my hand off his shoulder.

"What's wrong?" I asked again.

"Just leave me alone. It doesn't matter. I don't matter." He said.

I stared at him. Oh. Hell. No. I grabbed his hand and pulled him through the crowd. I dragged him up the stairs and into an empty room. I pushed him on the bed in front of me and the slapped him in the face.

"Shit!" He said.

"You matter. You are just as important as the people downstairs. Don't EVER say you don't matter because you do. If you didn't, you wouldn't be here. So, you better get your act together young man, or I'm gonna make you. And you sure as hell won't like that. You matter. You understand me?" I screamed at him.

He blinked a couple of times and then replied. "Yeah." He said.

I exhaled loudly and then plopped down on the bed next to him and laid down. A few seconds passed and he laid down next to me.

"That was some pep talk." He said.

"Yeah." I said.

"Why'd you get so angry?" He asked.

"It doesn't matter now. I'm feeling better." I said.

"Good, cause for a second I though you were gonna turn green and go Hulk on me." He said.

I chuckled.

"Sorry I slapped you." I said.

"No, it's fine. I needed it." He smiled.

"Why did you say that?" I asked.

"Say what?"

"That you don't matter." I said.
He was quite for a minute. "It doesn't matter now. I'm feeling better." He said.

I wanted to ask again and demand an answer but I didn't push it.

"So, having fun?" I asked and he chuckled.

"You could say that. Although I think the guy I beat up isn't having fun." He said.

"Yeah, probably not." I said.

I sat up. "Come on Zander, let's go back downstairs." I said.

"But mommy I don't wanna." He whined.

I laughed. "That's to bad. I wanna find Lucas so I can get the hell out of here." I said.

"Fine, but you owe me. I never leave a party this early." He got up off the bed.

"Yay! Thank you. Now, piggy back ride." I said.

"Whoa what? I didn't agree to that." he said.

"Please, I think I broke my legs." I said.

"Your standing perfectly fine." He pointed at my legs.

"That's because my legs are holding onto hope for the piggy back ride." I said.

He shook his head and rolled his eyes. "Hop on." He said.

"Yes!" I circled around him and jumped on his back.

He walked out of the room and down the stairs. I was having fun being on his back. The people looked so much shorter.

"Is this how you feel?" I asked him over the music.

"Pretty much." I asked.

"Lucky." I muttered.

He looked around for Lucas but we couldn't find him. Then, I spotted him in a big crowd.

"Land ho!" I pointed in his direction.

"What?" Zander said.

"I see him over there." I rolled my eyes.

He walked over and he tapped Lucas on the shoulder.

"Time to go dude, this party blows." Zander said.

Lucas nodded and then looked at me weirdly.

"What?" I asked.

He started pouting. "Do you want me to get on your back?" I asked.

He nodded. I jumped off of Zander's back and jumped onto Lucas's. He laughed like a kid who finally got some candy from the candy store.

"To Dylan!" I pointed across the room dancing with a blonde bimbo. I rolled my eyes.

We passed people who were A.) throwing up. B.) grinding on each other. Or C.) A and B. I shivered at the nastiness. We walked up to Dylan and tapped him.

"Let's get out of here, this place sucks chode." Lucas said.

Dylan nodded and looked at me. "What?" I asked.

He wiggled his eyebrows. "You want me to get on your back?" He nodded happily.

I sighed and jumped off of Lucas and jumped on Dylan's back.

"To Jason!" I said. "Onward men! March!" We turned around and headed to the bar.

Jason was turned around facing the bartender drinking a clear liquid. Dylan tapped him on the shoulder. Jason turned around.

"Let's bounce, this place is more boring then The Vampire Diaries." Dylan said.

I slapped him. Jason nodded and stood up. I'm starting to see a pattern.

"To Adam!" I said. We walked up the stairs and down the hall into a room. Adam was there.

And let me tell you, I did not know he had such a body!

"Holy shit!" He screamed and jumped into his pants and shirt.

"Let's go somewhere else, my grandma throws better party's then this. ." Jason said.

Adam nodded and looked at me weird. I sighed.

"You want me to get on your back?" I asked.

"Hell no! I wanna get on your back." I laughed.

I got off of Jason and let Adam climb on my back. He was surprisingly light.

"To Kamarie!" I said.

I walked back down the hall and into another room. Kamarie was inside, sitting on the bed, with a guy and they were making out.

"Can I join in?" I said, interrupting the tongue swapping.

Kamarie pulled away and turned around. "Oh, hey Sage, and....guys." She said awkwardly.

"Let's go, I need food and this place blows more than a hooker on a Friday." I said.

I tapped Adam, signaling for him to get off me. He jumped down and I walked over and grabbed Kamarie. Then, my arm was grabbed by the guy she was kissing.

"Call me sometime." He said.

"Oh, she will do no such thing!" Dylan said.

"Calm down." I said.

I took the piece of paper and put it in my pocket.

"What? Why don't I get a say in this?" Dylan yelled.

"Because your not my boyfriend." I said.

He touched his heart. "That hurts, right here." I rolled my eyes.

We all walked out of the room, down the stairs and out of the house.

"So, where to?" I asked.

The boys looked at each other.

"McDonald's!"
