(Author's POV)
Jeongguk sighed deeply while watching his slightly older brother argue with his mom for the billionth time this week. Mrs.Jeon would always start the argument and he could now see why Jungkook was always so frustrated after he was done talking with his mom. Jeongguk knew Jungkook loved their mother but he just couldn't keep up with her bipolar mess anymore.

Mrs.Jeon has just been dealing with a lot of stuff, she's been having health problems and nobody has noticed it yet because she was hiding it from all of them so they don't worry.

Mrs.Jeon coughed after yelling at her beloved son, Jungkook. She looked down at her hand and seen a bit of blood in the palm of her hand, she immediately grabbed some tissue and she wiped her lips and her hand.

"You alright mom?" Junghyun asked while looking up from his phone, Mrs.Jeon smiled while nodding and Junghyun sighed deeply while placing his phone down.

"Mom? I think you should give Jungkook a break. He's trying his best here, how quickly do you think you'd be able to recover from everything that's happened to him?" Junghyun asked his mother sincerely, Mrs.Jeon looked at him tiredly and sighed while staring into her son's eyes.

"I know what you mean, he just seems so... stupid sometimes." Mrs.Jeon said while pinching the bridge of her nose, Junghyun raised his eyebrow at that and scoffed while looking away from him.

"Mom, are you serious right now? Jungkook is honestly the smartest person I know, how could you-" Junghyun immediately cut himself off while sighing and put his face in his hands to calm himself.

"Send Jungkook back soon, emancipate him. Maybe put Renjun can go live with him? Because I can't keep taking care of her, you can't either." Junghyun said while watching Jeongguk make paper airplanes on the kitchen island.

"Send Jeongguk with him. It'll be easier." Junghyun said while standing up off the couch and walking away from the living room where his mother rested.

"I hate having sons who are always right." Mrs.Jeon sighed while pinching her nose bridge in agony, Jeongguk looked up at his mother and crumpled up his paper.

"What's wrong mom?" Jeongguk asked while taking a seat right beside her, Mrs.Jeon looked down at her youngest son and smiled while caressing his face.

"I was thinking maybe you'd like to move in with Jungkook and Renjun?" Mrs.Jeon asked while ruffling her son's hair, Jeongguk thought about it for a second and remembered his plan.

"Yeah, sure. When do you think we'll move?" Jeongguk asked, Mrs.Jeon hummed while tapping her lip.

"Well... I can buy Jungkook a penthouse at the famous apartments in Seoul very soon. It has 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool, a sauna, a private garage, and it's fully furnished. If Jungkook wants, he can have his friends lie there. I really don't care." Mrs.Jeon said while sighing and Jeongguk raised his eyebrow at the idea of being able to live with those hot boys and he smirked to himself.

"Yeah, I'll move in. But the exact date?" Jeongguk asked and Mrs.Jeon shrugged "I guess you can leave on a flight tonight or whatever. But we have to ask Jungkook, I'll just quickly sign some papers and you guys will be off. I'll sign you guys up for college, you'll be going into your first year, right?" Mrs.Jeon asked and Jeongguk nodded while smiling.

"You'll be in your first year and Jungkook will be in his third. Got it. Jungkook can deal with Renjun on his own."

*2 months later*

"Well, that took a lot longer mom said it would." Jeongguk said while they walked inside the huge penthouse, Jungkook shook his head because he was quite dizzy and he fell onto the couch.

Jungkook ran his hands over his face while deeply exhaling and he leaned his head back onto the beautiful grey couch.

"You okay Kookie?" Renjun asked while climbing on his lap, Jungkook looked down at her and nodded with a weak smile "Just a little sick from the plane ride." Jungkook muttered while holding her still on his lap.

"You own a joint like this now?" Jeongguk asked while looking around the whole main room, Jungkook looked over at his brother who basically terrorized him while he was in France, with a dark gaze and nodded.

"Look, I'm sorry for everything I did back in France. I just like joking around a lot, I'm with white kids all the time, what do you expect?" Jeongguk asked while walking over to Jungkook who was holding his sister protectively, Jungkook clenched his jaw while staring out the huge window that over looked Seoul.

"I highly doubt it was the white kids at your school. You were homeschooled, weren't you?" Jungkook asked cockily because he knew Jeongguk was homeschooled his entire life, Jeongguk froze in his spot "Doesn't mean I didn't make friends." Jeongguk mumbled while crossing his arms over his chest, Jungkook smirked while looking over at Jeongguk.

"Okay Jeongguk. I'm going to be giving you some rules and I want you to listen. Got it?" Jungkook asked while raising his eyebrow, Jeongguk looked at Jungkook with a glare on his face, not looking scary whatsoever.

"Fine. Lay em on me." Jeongguk muttered while plopping on the couch next to Jungkook, Jungkook placed his sister beside him, away from Jeongguk and he pulled out a notebook and a pen from his backpack.

"Rule #1, no swearing anywhere near Renjun.
Rule #2, no drinking, or smoking in the house or at all actually.
Rule #3, don't go in my bedroom whatsoever, or into my office.
Rule #4, please don't be an ass to me.
Rule #5, don't be an ass to my dog or my cat.
Rule #6, when we go to college. Do NOT interact with the boys I know
Rule #7, get a job
Rule #8, also, no parties.
Rule #9, you ask before you have anyone over.
Rule #10, last rule. Do not make me regret you staying here and don't get hurt." Jungkook listed off while writing all the rules in calligraphy on the piece of paper in his usual red inked pen.

"What the fu- reak. That's so many rules!" Jeongguk exclaimed while punching the air, Jungkook shrugged his shoulders "I don't trust you, so, as soon as you gain my trust. Most of these rules will be revoked, or if you completely betray it after 3 strikes, you're out of my house and going back to mom or on your own, depending on how old you'll be." Jungkook said while standing up off the couch and walking towards the kitchen to pour himself a glass of water.

Jungkook stared into the sink, gripping the edges like his life depended on it and he started letting his thoughts consume him again.

"Kookie? Can we go out for icecream or something?" Renjun asked while tugging on his jacket, Jungkook opened his eyes and he looked down at his sister, thanking God she was able to break him out of his terrible trance.

"Yeah sure, kitten."

Took awhile to update, 3 or 4 more chapters (maybe) until I'm done with this story. I also entered this book into the Watty's so, I'm happy for that. I hope you enjoy this story
