Kellin's POV:

Did I think three years ago that I would end up where I am now? No, definitely not. I had been some loser kid who got abused by his father and picked on by the entire school. I used to have zero confidence, was almost always timid and shy, and well, I could never do what I'm doing now. I never thought that in three years I'd be doing this. I never thought I would have the confidence to sing in front of a crowd of hundreds of people and even control the audience. Sure, we were still just one of the supporting acts of much bigger bands, but I could practically feel our band getting bigger and bigger. We were already getting a lot of attention from magazines and other interviewers, plus we had a pretty solid fan base right now.

Not only am I now in a successful band, but I also co-own a music shop with Vic, Mike, Tony and Jaime. It was something that we all really wanted to do; selling not only CD's but also music equipment and the guys also gave guitar, bass and drum lessons there. It was a way to make money and get by while we weren't on tour. I liked our little store a lot, well that's if I can even call it "ours". It was Beau's inheritance money after his grandparents passed away that made it possible for us to make a deposit on the store. In fact, Beau has done a lot for us over the past couple of years. He had become our band's manager, which I was okay with. I had gotten over the fact that he and Vic used to date and now we're actually quite good friends, well I'd want to be good friends with him considering we live together now, all of us, in L.A in a house that Beau bought. It was actually a lot of fun really, especially living with Vic.

So that leads me to Vic, my love. Sure, we've had our ups and downs over the years but we always got through whatever it was. Of course, it was just silly arguments because he has a bit of a temper and sometimes I get a little sick of dealing with him, but the bottom line is that we're still madly in love with each other and nothing is going to change that; not now, not ever.

I rested my head on Vic's shoulder and squeezed his hand as I thought about how in love with him I am. It was night time and we were in a van with the rest of the guys, and Jenna who was our merch girl but also who Tony was now dating and had been for a couple of years. Jenna, Vic and I decided to wipe the slate clean and forget about what happened in high school and now she's one of my best friends. High school actually seems like a whole world away now.

I looked out the window at the familiar surroundings of our street as we pulled onto it. Apparently Beau's grandparents had been crazy rich so Beau was able to buy a fairly big house right on the edge of the beach. I felt so spoiled living there and barely paying any rent at all, but Beau insisted we all be there. He wanted to share around his new-found wealth, so who am I to say no? Plus, Vic really wanted to stay there and I pretty much just go where he goes, and it's not like he and I could really afford a place for ourselves just yet.

It was so good to be home. I really did love L.A and had missed it while we were touring around the states on our latest tour. I think what I missed most was the warmth, considering it's Winter still so most of the places we played at were freezing cold. It had been a long two month tour and honestly I had ended up kind of exhausted after it, but it was totally worth it. And we still have a few local shows to do so it's not like we were really stopping, but it would be good to stop traveling in this van and get back home.

Vic placed a kiss on my cheek, snapping me out of my thoughts as we pulled into the drive way of our house. I looked up at him and smiled, and he smiled back. Why does he have to be so perfect? I swear I swoon every time he so much as looks at me. He still manages to make my heart go crazy and me have breathing issues every time he smiles or touches me. We still had the passion of a new couple, even though the relationship was now three years old.

"Home sweet home!" Beau said from the driver's seat. Of course he had come on tour with us because he is our manager now after all. I smiled at his words. Home! Finally! It was going to be nice to take a much needed break from constant touring.
