I got to my locker and pulled out a text book, I walked to my first period and sat in my usual seat at the back in the corner. I took my head phones out and put them on, I covered them with my hair and slipped them under my hoodie. The only way I was able to get through this year was with music, without it I think I might've killed some people.

My teacher walked in and put a pile of papers down on his desk, he looked over at me.

"Take your head phones out" he said across the room.

I looked down at my notebook and ignored him.

"I know you can hear me, I said take your head phones out!" He said furiously.

I continued to ignore him at the best of my ability because I was getting mad. I could see him approach  me from the corner of my eye, I continued to look at my notebook. Then he tried to take my head phones, I blocked him and stood up.

"Miss please sit down and give me the head phones." He said

"No, actually you know what I'm leaving."

I grabbed my phone, my notebook, and my backpack. I walked out and just kept waking down the hall till I came to the gym.

I looked into the gym doors, the girls were walking around talking and watching the boys, only some of them were in the dance room playing volleyball, The boys were playing basket ball. I walked in and sat against the wall then saw that Josiah was playing basketball by himself, so I got up and walked over to him.

"Hey why are you all alone?"

"The question is why are you here?"

"I got mad at my teacher so I left class.. but why are you alone?"

"Well everyone is scared of me remember." He said

"Oh right.. I'll play with you."

"Okay here" he said passing me the ball.

*after the game*

"Your really good!" I said

"Thanks your not too bad yourself, why aren't you on a team?"

"Oh because I'm a d-danger..."

"Their loss they could have won games with you in the team instead of losing every game." He said as he put his arm around me.

"Even if I was on the team they would never pass to me.."

"Yuri come on." He took my hand and lead me over to the boys that were playing basketball.

"Why did you bring me over to them?"

"Because I want you to play a game with them." He said

"Wait why them?" He looked at me like I was dumb.

"Do you see any girls playing?" I shook my head no "alright then your gonna play with the boys."
