Your name is leopold butters stotch, but everyone calls you butters, except for kenny, he calls you Leo, or Buttercup, you feel your cheeks begin to heat up, from the thought of kenny saying your name-

‘THUMP’

You get startled by the loud ‘thump’ on your front door, you’re home alone today, what if its a burgulair, or even worse a murde-

‘THUMP’

Your thoughts were interrupted by another loud Thump, and you decide to go open the door… and in falls your arch nemesis, Mysterion!
But… he looks like shit! He’s completely beaten up, and bloods fossing out of his side, forehead and nose, onto your clothing, as you caught him in his fall. You press down on his wound in his side, the one that’s bleeding the most, making him scrunch up his face in pain, you have never been this close to him before, you notice the light dust of freckles on his beautifu- no! You can’t get distracted, he needs your help, even though, it would be easy to just drop him, and let him die, you can’t.

You put Mysterion in the bathtub while you search for a med-kit, you know there's usually kept one in the kabin above the sink. 
You hurry back to him and begin to rinse and patch up his wounds, he has a big cut in his right side, and he's bleeding from the top of his mask, his nose stopped bleeding. When your done, you sit him up and splash some water in his face to try and wake him up, but it's not really working.. after several minutes of this you decide to take him to your room, then when he wakes up,  you can question him, yes that's an excellent plan!
You hurry into your bedroom and catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror, you have blood Everywhere. This will probably never come off, you’re just happy you are in your pajamas.

[Le Time skip~]

P.O.V. ???

A sigh of pain escapes your lips, when you try to sit up, you instantly flop back down on your bed… wait a second your name is kenny Mccormick, and this isn’t your bed! Your eyes spring up and you look around, to try and figure out where you are. The blinds are rolled down, but you can still tell it's still dark outside, you can't see what colour things are, as its way too dark for that, but you do spot something moving on the floor,

“Whos there?!”

You exclaim, your voice breaking at the end,

“WaHhhhhH….”

you hear the person on the floor say, still asleep.
You try to get out of bed again. It fails miserably, but this time you end up on the floor with a loud ‘BUMP’
You remind yourself to be more careful, and your hand wanders up to your side, witch is bandaged? Okay where are you? You need to know, and you feel yourself begin to panik, what if they saw who you are?- your thoughts were interrupted by the person on the floor, starts to wake up, you become silent.

“Yaaaaaaawwwhn”
 
they Yawn and stretch before looking directly at you, you freeze, you can’t see who it is, and you can't remember where you are, or why you’re here.

“Oh you’re awake!” 

They say in a chery tone, wait you know that voice it's Leo’s voice, you’re at Leo’s house, memories of yesterdays afternoon start to come back, you got badly injured in a fight and your body must have taken you to the only safe place in south park… Leo’s house!
You feel a smile come onto your face, but quickly stop it, he doesnt know its You, he only knows its Mysterion.

The light turns on, blinding you for a second,

“Oh sorry! I should have warned you”

He says, sitting down besides you smiling one of his smiles, god damn, you love seeing those! And his beautiful, baby blue eye- no, you stop yourself, there's not time to be gay now, you can do that when your Kenny. 

“You know, your lucky my parents aren't home for a week”

He says, you hesitate to answer him, what if he recognises your voice, or you say something that gives you away?! You don’t think you have never been this nervous before in your life, why do you do this to me buttercup?
You decide to speak:

“Am i?”

“Yeah, your badly hurt, i don't think you will survive if you go out like that”

You know he is right, but you can’t get a word out, guess deepening your voice, isn't a good idea, when its already raspy enough.

You and Leo sit in silence on the floor for a while, until he gets up and starts to go down stairs.

“Wait, where are you going!?!”

You weakly manedge to get out, not caring about your voice anymore.

“Breakfast!”

He yelles from the bottom of the staircase.

[Time skip UwU]

You somehow make it down the staircase, but you are now laying at the bottom wheezing, luckily for you Leo, comes and helps you to the table, where the most amazing food ever is! (well to you all food is amazing since you almost never get any)

Your name is Leopold Butters Stotch, and you really want to know what's behind that mask! You have tried to get his hood and mask off several times while he was unconscious, but he somehow grabs your arm and pulls it away everytime, it's unfair really, but you can't do anything about it, you don't want to come of as suspicious, just keep him in the house for now, and maybe you'll get your chance.
You notice your staring at him, and quickly look away, you made pancakes, and he's eating them like theres no tomorrow, well maybe there isn't for him.
