It was a hot summer day and I was up bright and early to the sound of the birds. Today was an exciting day for me and my roommate, Amber. Today was the day that we was going to London to meet one direction. We had been asked by Amber's mum six weeks ago if we would do it as she is about to give birth to her 2nd child. Me and amber couldn't control our excitement when we heard the news.
It's was 07:45am, "wow, Amber, look at that view I said staring out of the bedroom window. It's was truly amazing. The sun was shining and there was a glitter in the sea. The seagulls flying over to find their breakfast and everything was so still. peaceful, and there was an heir of tranquillity. It was the most beautiful view I had ever seen in a long time.
"Laura, hurry up babes we are going to miss our train!" Amber shouted as she grabbed her bag. I made my way to the door not even aware that I had left my purse on the bed. "Oh shit! I said ruffling through my bag. "What is it laura?" I looked up at amber with an apologetic look, "oh. You didn't. ....tell me you didnt" Amber said with a angry tone. I ran back to the room and grabbed my purse. Running back my phone rang. "Hello?" I answered. "This is Monica from UK BAND MANAGEMENT LTD, please may I speak to miss Baynes?" The woman sounded very professional and we'll spoken, "this is she" I answered nervously. I didn't know what to expect and had no idea what she was going to say. "I hope she's not going to tell me the interview was cancelled." .... I thought as I awaited her reply. "We would just to inform you, the one direction boys will be present in a few hours. I replied ok and hung up the phone. As I got to the station and Amber was waiting for me so we could board the train.
My heart was racing the whole time and u couldn't stop thinking about what I was on my way to London to do.....as I sat gazed out the window my mind starts running away from me......
I couldn't help my nerves as i thought more. "I'm so excited laura I can't wait to meet the boys....especially Niall." Amber chirped. I just nodded and carried on starring out my window at the beautiful sight of the sunlight hitting the fields and the cows grazing together. "I'm so nervous, Amber. Do I look ok? I don't look like a scruff do I? What if something bad happens........" Amber cut me off " Laura you look great. Very well groomed. Neat and tidy. And nothing bad is going to happen" she replied. I sighed deeply when I heard the guard calling "TICKETS PLEASE!!!!!!!" so we reach in our bags for our tickets to be checked.....suddenly we stopped. ...."This is going to be a long journey" I muttered to myself.
