Chapter 4

Jc's POV

I woke up the next morning still in Ariana's house, still cuddling with her. She's so beautiful and she looks so peaceful when she's sleeping, if she didn't have a boyfriend then I'd definitely ask her out. I looked on the clock and it was 8:30. Oh shit were gonna be late if I don't wake her up.

"Hey beautiful wake up."

"five more minutes" she groaned

"were gonna be late if you don't wake up"

" fine I'm up" she said and went up stairs to get ready.

I went to the kitchen to make some breakfast. Since we didn't have much time I just made some scrambled and toasted toast. We ate and I drove us to school.

(After school) Ariana's POV

After school, Fin and I decided to go to the beach with our friend Jessa. Jessa's a year older than us, has long brown hair and is tall and skinny. She also has a boyfriend who's coming along with us. His name is Zach. He's really tall and has brown hair. We were about to get into the car when I got a text from Blake.

Blake: hey do you want to hang out?

Me: uh well I'm at the beach with Fin, Jess and Zach

Me: you can come if you want

Blake: yeah sure see ya in a bit😘

Me: kk😘

Well this is about to get awkward. But how was I supposed to say no, if I just make up another excuse then he'll get suspicious. Ugh I really hate my life right now. But I got in the back of the car with Fin cause Jessa called shotgun.

When we got to the beach I got a text from Blake asking where we were. I told him to meet us at the pier. I told everyone on the ride here that he was coming and surprisingly they were cool with it, even Zach who doesn't really have a great relation ship with Blake. Long story short, in middle school they liked the same girl and they swore that they wouldn't go out with her cause they both liked her but then about a week later, Zach asked her out and they secretly dated for a while until Blake found out. And they haven't been friends since then. I know it's a stupid thing but they still can't get over it.

We found Blake at the pier waiting by a rock. He welcomed me with a big hug. It feels weird hugging him after what happened between Jc and I. I tried to put all that aside and have fun but I just couldn't get my mind off of him. But that all went away when Blake swooped me up in his arms and threw my in the ocean. The water was colder than I expected and I quickly ran to get my towel. Blake can be a real ass sometimes but that's why I love him. But I also love Jc. Wait did I just say I love Jc. Ugh my life is so messed up, I wish it was a dream and that I could pinch myself and it would be over.

After everyone was out of the water and it got kind of late everyone got back in the car except for Blake and I. I decided that I would go home with him so everyone else left us alone and went their own way. We walked on the beach for a while talking and the we stopped and looked into each other's eyes. He leaned in and I found myself lean closer and closer until our lips were touching. We stayed l like that for a while till I broke away. His kisses were sweet but Jc's were magical.

Jc's POV

I had nothing to do so I though I would take a walk down to the beach. When I got there, there was a cute couple walking along the shore.Then they stopped waking and were facing each other. When I got a bit closer I realized that it was Ariana and I'm guessing her boyfriend what's his name Jake or something like that. Then he leaned in closer and closer until their lips were touching. My heart just stopped. I couldn't look any longer so I just ran home as fast as I could. I don't know why it bothered me so much I mean they are dating. But she kissed me too. Didn't that mean anything to her. Ugh I hate myself right now. She probably hates me for kissing her. She obviously likes him, not me. I can't believe I'm saying this but I think I'm in love with Ariana.
