the train ride to Oikawa's house is quiet (house not home).
iwaizumi inter wines their hands together as they sit on the train. Oikawa's head rests against his boyfriend's shoulder (he has to lean down because being 3 inches taller than Iwaizumi has its pros and cons ) as Iwaizumi stares out the window.
"its gonna be okay." Iwaizumi mumbles, he feels Oikawa's hand tightening.
"she's not going to accept us."
"shittykawaaa, it doesn't matter."
Oikawa lifts his head and purses his lips. Iwaizumi sighs, "Oikawa Tooru, i love you," --Oikawa smiles-- "I get that your mom's acceptance is important but so are you. if she accepts us then good and if she doesn't then to hell with it. i'm gonna marry you either way." Iwaizumi teases, his eyes glinting.
"iwa-chan!" Oikawa beams and then gets shy as everyone looks at them. Iwaizumi laughs and takes him by the back of his neck to kiss him hard.
