Quirk explanation:With any water source (including the water inside people) you can use a tsunami to attack or to defend with a wall of water. But you get sick if you don't have a water source because you would use other peoples water and sometimes your own water.

Quirk explanation: with any source of computers you can get all of the information in the computers and use it against your opponent or you just need to get deep into the system to get information in an investigation. But you get kinda dumb after a couple hours.
