"Get off of me!" he screams.
All of a sudden I feel pain in the back of my head and I hear Frank say, "I sorry cap but it was the only way."
Then everything goes dark.
I woke up sometime later and found myself tied in a chair. Then outside I can hear Frank talking to Billy.
"Billy tell me where you put the map." says Frank.
I listen closely to what he says.
"Its in the place where you receive and send and cry and and are happy. Where the people are in the past, the present, and in the future." he says.
With that he goes over to the rails and jumps into the waters.
"Billy!" Frank screams.
But no response comes
