"WHEN A RICH NIGGA WANT CHA!"

I started awake, gasping. I clamped my hands over my ears. What was that infernal noise assaulting my ears?
I got up from where I was curled around Natalie, who was still slumbering. How, I knew not.

I walked down the hall, hands still over my ears. The noise was coming from the kitchen, so I floated through the floorboards rather than take the stairs.

I soon discovered the source of the noise. Shane was in the kitchen, dancing to the music. If he could hear me I'd tell him not so politely to shut up. He spun around, and looked right at me.

"Hey Justin," he said, and turned back to grab his coffee mug. I froze. He froze, then spun back around. He yelled, and dropped his mug. It smashed on the ground, and coffee went everywhere, along with the shards.

"You can see me?!" I demanded. He stared at me, as white as a ghost.

"Shane?!" I heard running, and then shuddered as Michael, Claire and Natalie ran through me. I was surprised to see Natalie out of her room. They skidded to a stop, and Michael quickly grabbed Natalie and swung her out of the way of the shards. Shane was still frozen as he stared at me.

"Shane? What's wrong?" Michael asked. Shane blinked at me, then looked at my son.

"Nothing dude, I uh, just remembered that I've got work today and I'll be late. See you." He rapidly backed out of the room, giving me a wide berth. I screamed then. He wasn't going to help me.

Natalie looked at Michael. "What was that about? Shane never cares if he's late to work," she raised her eyebrows.

Michael shrugged. "Dunno, he's been acting weird since da-Justin died." He abruptly spoke.

"Da?" Natalie looked confused. "I said Justin." Michael snapped and left. I stood in front of Natalie, willing her to see me.

"Natalie, please look at me. See me!" I begged. She walked through me, walking next to Claire, but Claire shuddered and turned to me again. "What the...?" She muttered, walking towards me again. She slowly stuck her hand out and waved it in my stomach. I clenched my jaw but didn't move away. The feeling is unpleasant. Natalie had left the room.

She drew her hand away, shivering. I towered over her, and she slowly tilted her head up to where my head would be, if she could see it.

"Justin?" She whispered. My heart leaped.

"Yes! Claire I'm here!" I shouted as loud as I could. But she gave no sign she had heard me.

"Justin, if you're there, move that vase," she said, pointing at an ugly purple and green flower case sitting on the counter. I turned towards it and walked over to it. I tried pushing it, but instead of my hand going through it, it felt as of it weighed several thousand pounds. I grunted and pushed harder, my muscles straining.

"Hey Claire Bear," I didn't turn my head when I heard Eve walk in. At that moment I saw a pulsing light in the walls of the house. I hesitated, then reached out and touched it.

I got an electric shock. I gasped and arched my back as the currents ran through me, my eyes wide open. When the currents died down I felt powerful. I turned towards the vase and shoved it as hard as I could. It flew off the counter and smashed into the wall near Eve.

Eve screamed and Michael and Shane came running.

"NATALIE!" Claire screamed. I heard pounding footsteps and looked through the walls to see Natalie hurtling down the stairs, and se flung herself into the kitchen, running into Michael who grabbed her again.

"What? What's wrong?" Shane demanded, looking anywhere but me.

"Natalie, Natalie I think Justin is here." Claire blurted, and I saw my girlfriend stiffen.

"Claire! Don't say things like that!" Michael snapped.

"I'm telling the truth! I felt a cold spit and when I asked 'Can you move the vase,' it flew off the counter and smashed! Justin, do it again, break the glass!" She shouted, and I turned to the glass sitting on the counter. I growled and picked it up. I turned to Shane, baring my teeth. I threw it as hard as I could, and it smashed into the wall behind his head. He yelled and ducked, while the girls screamed.

"Justin!" Michael shouted. I ignored him and strode towards Shane, grabbing him by the collar and shaking him like a rag doll.

"LOOK AT ME!" I roared, making the glass next to me rattle. Shane thrashed, trying to pull away, but I slapped him across the face. His head rocked to the side. I growled and he looked at me, terror written in his eyes.

"Justin! Justin stop!" Eve screamed.

"TELL THEM! TELL THEM YOU SEE ME!" I roared.

"I see you! I see you don't kill me!" Shane screamed.

"What do you mean you see him? Who's him?" Michael demanded.

"I see you Justin!" Shane yelped when I shook him harder.

"What? You can see Justin? For how long?!" Natalie screamed at him.

I let him go and he sank to the ground.

He took in a few shaky breaths and looked up at Natalie.

"How. Long." She snarled.

"Since... since he died. I can see ghosts."
