jeongin hesitated to go to work that day. he was too worried about chan coming. he still couldn't decide wether he should bring chan back into his life after the incident.

the words stuck with jeongin everyday. he remembered chan's exact words; "i'm sorry. but i don't think we'll work out."

jeongin groaned and hit himself in the head. he looked at the time. he only had 30 minutes to get ready. "why me~" he whined, sliding himself out of bed. when he reached the bathroom he looked at himself in the mirror, tilting his head a little bit.

"god i was so stupid back then.. falling in love is stupid." jeongin pouted. he still really loved chan but he wasn't sure if he should get back together with chan. jeongin didn't want to get hurt again.

"i'll just say we can be friends?" jeongin pondered. "ugh that's so stupid.. god what do i do?"
he quickly stopped thinking when he realized 10 minutes passed by.

"fuck shit!"

bad luck seemed to be at his side that day.

"oh! hey ji~!" jeongin smiled, seeing a familiar face. "hey jeongin! i'm just here with my new friend, he should be here in about.. a couple minutes?" jisung laughed. jeongin nodded hesitantly. he shouldn't overthink it, maybe it's a different chan? jeongin hoped so. jeongin's thoughts were cut off when jisung yelled; "channie! hey!"

perfect. how perfect. the 'chan' jisung was talking about had to be bang chan. "could this day get any worse?" he muttered under his breath. "uh... jisung, we need to talk, okay?" jeongin didn't even give jisung a chance as he dragged the boy far away from chan.

"are you crazy?!" jeongin cried. jisung brushed himself off and rolled his eyes. "yeah yeah.. you don't like meeting new people! but i promise, he's nice!" jisung smiled. "he's chan. bang fucking chan! the one who broke my heart!" jeongin groaned. jisung's lips formed an 'o'.

"well it's been a while ya know?" jisung chuckled awkwardly. "we can forget sometimes~"
"it's only been two years." jeongin facepalmed. "this is so embarrassing! and weird!"

"why?" jisung asked. "because a week ago he asked me if he can be my boyfriend again! do you hear me? b-o-y-f—" jeongin was cut off by jisung yelling; "i get it! i'll just tell him we can hang out another time that's far away from here!"

"well good! because i don't want to see his face again." jeongin sighed.

"i have ears you know?" a blared from behind jisung. the two looked at each other before turning around.

"shit."
