Encounters leave many questions unanswered and it sticks in her head for weeks afterwards, yet she is okay.

Now, she explains where her inspirations has come from.

She doesn't discriminate between the good, the bad, the ugly, the odd, the solo, and the married. She is fully open to ideas of being part-time friends with anyone from in and out of the workplace.

But, mostly when subconscious gets more active and generative, it leads to unpleasantries of this time age. And then it gets harder and harder to dwell the niggles of disdain.

Perhaps, it is one of the run-dry day of the week and she is bored.

She walks thru the hallway going to the pantry to make herself some hot jasmine tea. There, she opens her Fitbit app.

Notification appears on the Friends tab and a number of available requests were there. She taps it, then the person's profile shows up to accept or ignore their request.

She scans it and clicked the name which caught her attention.

Rigby Lustre.

Without hesitation, she taps Accept Friend to accept his request and so he is now in her leaderboard.

After a while, a notification sound again. The whatsapp icon is at her iPhone tab.

One new whatsapp message from Rigby.

And before she could even read it, another notification pops up.

One new Facebook friend request from Rigby Lustre.

His Facebook profile photo shows a sweet love translation with her wife Sam.

Their gaze at each other is seemingly envious. The rock sand beach on the background is beautifully painted with sunset and birds.

Patty scans superficially her Facebook profile before accepting Rigby's friend request. Since her account is on extreme private settings, no one outside her friend's list can see any of her posts.

Her account profile photo shows almost the same impression.

Selfless.

She stands next to Rye, dramatically positioned by stepping up on a bunch of old books and then kissing him. Rye's hands are tight on her waist.

Over two hundred Facebook likes for that shot!

Not bad, she murmured.

The days of overflowing love is flooding back. Rye and Patty's common friend works as a freelance photographer and he asks them a favor to pose for his Valentines collection.

From then on, this couple get free photo sessions with their friend and every shoot is an awesome experience.

Eventually, she taps the icon Accept.

She goes back to whatsapp and reads Rigby's message.

"Weeks ago seem a thousand years."

She bites her lower lip and let go of a quick sigh. Reading it quite feels good although she cannot truly comprehend what the message is trying to imply.

Five more words:

"I think I miss you."

Five powerful words struck her.

She walks hurriedly a few steps outside pantry and let her eyes searched for him. Finally, she sees him on his cubicle unaccustomed to sitting the whole day, and staring on the same spot where she stands.

She puts her right hand on her left chest. She can feel her heart throbbing on irregular rhythm.

What is this feeling, anyway?

Is it even normal to pulsate heavily after an eye contact with someone who's just a no one?

Can somebody please help me define this?
