Natasha's POV
Fighting Peter got a lot out of me, I was now at my motorcycle which I parked a long way from the school, put non my helmet and drove home on it, upstate. Peter gave me his address and told me to be there at eight o clock. While I was driving, I spotted Spider-Man saving a man from an assault by six men. I just drove and thought, why do we need to know who he is and make him join the Avengers it's just weird. He's doing a great job on the streets.
I was now putting my motorcycle in the bunker and walked in to the living room where the other Avengers were watching TV and well Wanda was talking with Vision. Steve looked at me and said with a smile
"How was the first day of normal teen life?" I instantly got an idea and took a chair turned the opposite way, sat down and said with a stoic voice
"So you got detention...you screwed up, you know what you did was wrong, maybe you were trying to be cool but the only way to be really be cool is to follow the rules." Steve's smile disappeared and his eyes widened and he said
"How do you know about that!?" I just smiled and said
"They show them at school and no I didn't get detention a boy at school showed me it." Steve's face turned to something I had never seen before
"So a boy?" Wanda immediately ran to me and said
"What Boy? Ooh something special." There's no way I'm telling them about Peter
"Just a random boy who showed me around today." Steve then said
"Good because you're going to turn back old." I nodded and then walked into my room and started to get ready for tonight, I took out my Stranger Things T-Shirt that I secretly bought when Wanda went to the bathroom and took a blue denim jacket and blue skinny jeans and put them on the bed.
I went into the bathroom, took a quick shower and them when I was done, dried my hair and put in a ponytail. I smiled at myself in the mirror and then went into the bathroom and put on the jeans and t-shirt, crawled on top of my bed and told the AI Friday that Tony made to play Star Wars: A New Hope on the flat screen in my room.
I just lied down and watched as Darth Vader took Princess Leia, R2-D2 and C-3PO ending up on Tatooine, meeting Luke, Luke's Aunt and Uncle dying, Luke and Obi Wan meeting with Han Solo, saving the princess and Obi Wan dying...I cried at that part, planning at the rebel base and then blowing up the Death Star and the Award Ceremony. I was so excited through the whole movie,
Peter was right, Star Wars is awesome, my favorite character is Darth Vader or Chewbacca. Wow I actually cried during the movie. Wow, these movies I need to thank Peter for telling me about this, I didn't know anything about Star Wars but now I can't wait to watch the next Chapter.
I then watched before I had to go to Peter's, Friends the whole time which is another show Peter told me to watch. Man, I've been truly living under a rock. The clock said half an hour passed seven and I put on my jacket and ran out.
The guys and girl were eating dinner when I walked slowly passed them and said
"Going out." They just nodded and kept eating. Then I walked to my motorcycle and drove to Queens Blvd. 1958.
Line Break
I parked the motorcycle somewhere outside of Peter's apartment, I then walked up the stairs and knocked on which said apartment A29. A beautiful forty year old woman opened the door, she had brown long hair and brown eyes with glasses on and she said with a smile
"You must be Natalie, I'm Peter's aunt." I smiled at her and she stepped aside and walked in and I responded
"Yes I'm Natalie me and Peter we're going to watch Stranger Things together." His aunt then asked
"Like a date?" My eyes widened and I quickly said
"No, no just as friends." His aunt nodded and said
"So you're Peter's first friend here in New York?" First?
"First? Here?" His Aunt explained
"Peter's from Queens for sure but when his parents died and he and his sister were sent to live with us in Maine." Sister? Peter didn't mention he had a sister.
"Peter didn't mention he had a sister."
"We lived in Maine until September of 2013 about nine months earlier in October, 2012 his sister died." Oh my god, I then asked
"How old was she?" May looked down and said
"Seven." So Peter has lost his parents, uncle and little sister. I didn't want to talk about Peter's depressing past.
So I asked "Where's Peter?" May replied "In his room." I said Thank You and walked into a room that had a Star Wars poster on it. I walked inside and there was Peter with his back turned to me, shirtless and before I closed my eyes I saw a long faint white claw marks across his back.
Peter heard me come in and turned around and jumped and I said
"Relax it's not like I'm Darth Vader!" Peter then just looked relieved and laughed and said
"You watched A New Hope, didn't you?" I nodded excitedly and said
"Yes I did and it's the best movie I've seen in a long time!" Peter then said
"Star Wars has that effect on people." Then I remembered the claw mark on Peter's back and asked him
"By the way Peter, how'd you get the claw mark on your back?" Peter looked confused and then realized what I was talking about and he said
"I don't remember." It didn't sound like he was lying, he was just honest and me being a master at reading people he was telling the truth...he truly didn't remember and I then said
"Your Aunt told me you had a sister once." Peter just nodded and said
"Yeah, her name was Teresa, I called her Tessie." I asked a question that took a lot of guts to ask
"How did she die? Your aunt told me she died." Peter then looked up at me and said
"It was raining, Tessie wanted me to make a paper boat for her to sail down where there was rain flooding the streets and I made the boat and she went out and then she was reported missing and then when I spend a eight months looking for her, I finally found something." I gestured him to keep going though the story was sending chills down my spine
"I went to where all the sewer drains lead too and then I found her raincoat and the boat and her skeleton, she had been lying there for so long her skin eventually rottened off, she had drowned I remember it's all hazy I don't remember it all that much." This was a description that belonged in horror/mystery book.
Peter said "Moving on, let's go watch Stranger Things." I agreed but a strange thing happened, I instantly forgot what Peter just told me. The word Tessa had no meaning to me, just that she was Peter's sister and died and it wouldn't have any meaning until 24 years later.
Line Break
Me and Peter were in the living room, watching Stranger Things and we were on the last episode. Peter was looking focused, his eyes widened during the final scene and I probably looked the same and then the big cliffhanger was revealed and then when the show was over, me and Peter yelled, simultaneously "NO! That can't be it!!" Then I looked at the clock and it was eleven pm. I said to Peter
"See you at school tomorrow, Pete." We after this day decided to become best friends
"Yeah see you tomorrow Nat, goodnight." I decided that only Peter can call me that. Me and Peter did our long handshake with a finger gun at the end (think of Peter and Ned's handshake) I said goodbye to Peter and went out. This was probably the calmest night of my life.
I can't wait for tomorrow
