Chapter Three :

Nico dodged the obstacles in his way as he made his way to the end of the training maze. Nico wanted to become more powerful, and not in the evil way. He was just so sick of everyone trying to save him. Nico wanted to be the one who saves people.

"Di Angelo , don't force yourself to train . You will always be weak" A son of Ares yelled laughing .

Nico was ready to raise the dead and fight him until Will pinned the son of Ares against the wall with a arrow. "Listen here , if you ever insult Nico like that , I'll be the one who raised the dead. And I'm the son of Apollo" Will smiled before taking out another arrow that look like it had poison but really it wouldn't do anything.

The son of Ares fled away screaming. Will muttered to himself "That's what I call the Nico Defense Squad" .

Nico's eyes widened , he wasn't sure to be scared. Or to be turned on. Wait what?

Will simply smiled at Nico "You should shower , you're really sweating".

Nico shrugged before taking off his shirt and throwing it at the side. Will eyes widened and quickly looked away. Who gave Nico the right to have abs? Nico realised the tension and blushed before going to his cabin.

Will sat down on the training room floor , his mind was wandering and thinking. Will shouldn't let his feelings get to him. He knows Nico's secret. Almost everyone does at Camp half-blood. Of course a child of Aphrodite had spread the word. Although Nico looked happier since everyone didn't seem to mind.

"What am I going to do? He'd never go for someone like me...I'm the exact opposite of him" Will felt stupid , for actually talking to himself.

"Someone has a crush on a certain someone" Annabeth said sitting next to Will.

"U-Uh what are you talking about?" Will stuttered blowing his cover. "I may not be a daughter of Aphrodite like Piper , but I'm smart enough to see the obvious"

Will felt his face getting hot "I may have a tiny crush on Nico" .

Annabeth smiled "He needs sunshine in his life , and you're quite oblivious to the way he looks at you. The amicable way you're towards him is so adorable"

"U-Uh Annabeth please translate in English please?"

She rolled her eyes before getting up "Good Luck being the light to his darkness"

But the fact that they've only been hanging out for a week didn't convince Will to make any move. Will walked back towards his cabin before staring at the Hades cabin.

Out of all guys , why the son of the underworld god? Will glanced at Nico as he walked out of his cabin . Nico seemed to noticed and smiled at Will before raising up a skeleton and laughing. A genuine laugh , Will stares at him in awe before furrowing his eyebrows.

"Nico Di Angelo!!" He yelled before running off to chase him.
