The mysterious Man

"I was still on the floor collecting my papers and folders I've dropped, I could feel my veins pulsing hard..what was happening?"

"O-Oh God I'm so sorry let me help yo-" he offered as I interrupted.

"It's fine, I don't need help" I said trying to stay calm, I kept my head low, so he didn't see my...red eyes.

"I'm sorry, um why is your-" he asked again as I interrupted.

"I-I need to go bye" I said quickly grabbing my stuff and running towards the girls bathroom.

"As I reached the girls bathroom, I locked the door so no one comes in. I looked at my reflection..I was a sweaty mess. Then I realized I was having a panic attack, then voices were constant in my brain"

"No,no,no stay out of my head!" I said clutching my hands between my head...then everything went blank.

*15 minutes later*

"OMG AMARIS!!" Clara yelled from infront the door...the door wasn't locked properly.

"C'mon Amaris, wake up!" She said shaking my shoulders nonstop.

"I know you most likely can't hear me..but I'm gonna go and get my healing potions" she said quickly running to her locker.

*5 minutes later*

"I was still passed out"

"I'm back" Clara said as she kneeled down to sit, she then put your head on her lap. Then she opened my mouth to drink the potion.

*just a few seconds I gasped for air*

"Omg Amaris your okay!" She said giving you the tightest hug she ever could give.

"W-what happened?" I asked rubbing my head.

"Well your teacher came to French class, she wanted me to look for you since you weren't there. And you weren't anywhere. So I checked here...then I saw you were passed out"

"Did you have any hallucinations or voices in your head?" She asked concerned.

"W-well, before I passed out, all I could hear were whispers, voices and children."

"Hm, maybe you should come over to my house after school. So I can make sure your actually ok" she said taking my arm and putting it around her neck for support.

Clara was one of the most caring and warm spirited vampires out of everyone. And one of the most powerful healers along with her mother.

"Amaris. Why weren't you in class?" The teacher asked concerned.

"O-Oh um I wasn't feeling too good" I said

"Awh poor thing, why don't I give you a phone pass to go home?" My teacher offered.

"Well, I was actually gonna go to Clara's house after school so...-"

"Well..I can't let you go home if you aren't with your legal parents..sorry Amaris. Maybe stay in the office for the day. I will talk to your teachers" she offered.

"Ok thanks" I said with a weak but warm smile.

"As I was walking down the hall to the office, I saw...yoongi".

"Hey uh Amaris, are you alright?" He asked looking deep in my eyes...I could sense worry.

"Huh? Oh um yea I'm good why?"

"Well, you look very pale" he said.

"Oh haha don't worry, it's just my natural skin tone" I said nervously.

"Oh ok, hey um.. do you think I could get your number? Just so I know your ok". He said slightly chuckling.

"Yea sure, here" I said as I handed him my number on a piece of paper.

"Sweet! I-I mean um coool" he said embarrassed.

"Anyways, I'm gonna go to the office, my teacher wanted me to stay since I'm...having a slight headache". I said lying.

"Oh ok, I hope you feel better!" He said walking towards his class waving.

*9:30pm*

"As I was walking to Clara's house, I felt a very odd vibe. But I didn't pay much mind to it"

"It's probably nothing, just think good thoughts" I thought to myself.

*Knocks on Clara's door*

"As the door opened, I saw Mrs. Brown (Clara's well respected healing vampire).

"Hi Mrs. Brown!" I said happily.

"Hello sweetheart, Clara told me that you passed out in the bathroom..are you alright?" She asked concerned.

"Oh yea I'm fine now" I said

"Ok, please come in. Clara's in her room feel free to go in" she said

"Ok thanks so much!"

"Hey Clar"

"Hey Amari"

"So I was doing research on the symptoms you gave me after you had passed out"

"Ok, and what came up?" I asked nervously.

"Well, your vampire powers are growing rapidly. Your body couldn't find a proper way to stimulate all the energy so, your body shut down for a while" she said

"What!? I'm only 15 how is my power growing rapidly already?" I asked in shock.

"I guess different vampire abilities take either along or short time to grow". She said taking off her glasses to rub her eyes from all the light.

"I think you should get some sleep, it's getting late. I'll quickly get some fresh clothes and a blanket" she said getting up from her chair to get the things she needs.

"Thanks so much for letting me stay" I said with pleasure.

"Don't mention it, I just want to make sure you are able to properly sleep" she said as she set up my place of rest.

"Thanks again" once I got in my pj's I went right to sleep, since I was drained.

*3:30am*

"As I was sleeping a frightful dream occurred...but not just an ordinary dream"
