Sexuality: (Whatever you want it to be! Straight or LGBT, I don't mind either way! 🌈)
Relationship Role: (To put it simply, are they dominant or submissive)
Height: (Can put it in feet or centimeters)
Crush: (Just put down whoever your character has a crush on. You can really do whatever you want with this. If it's a person from the game, just put their name. If it's a creature from the game, you can either put what creature or make a whole other form specifically for that crush. It's your love life, so do what you want! ❤)
Personality: (Just put down how they act or adjectives to describe how the behave)
Looks: (You can put their appearance, clothes or whatever else about how they look. You can put a picture or just write a description. Whichever you prefer)
Backstory: (The main thing you should add is how they end up on 4546B. Things like what ship they were on and why they were on that ship. And then you can add anything else about their past if you want to)
Occupation: (Basically just what their job was\is and what they did before ending up on 4546B)
Hobbies\Interests: (Just put down things they enjoy doing or things they like)
Extra: (If there's anything else you think is important to know about your character, you can put it here!)

Dominant Form Order: (This has to do with my head cannon. Just put down the order in whuch form they use the most. Put the most used form first and the least used form last)
Name: (They're actual name, can be first or full name)

Age: (It's a creature, so you can make them however old you want them to be.)

Lenght\Height: (Like, the Reaper Leviathan is 180 ft long as a creature, and then in human\merfolk form however tall they would be as a regular human sized person)

Defensive, they will only attack you if you attack them, so you can go near them without being attacked as long as you don't attack)
