I feel like this chapter is not my best. I just wanted to post something. So I don't keep you guys waiting. But anyway enjoy. 😊
Mel's Pov
"Mommy?" Says Julissa walking into the kitchen.
"Yes baby?"
"Why daddy still sleep?" Asks Julissa
"He just came home from a business trip last night. He's tired so let him sleep. Besides I'm not finished with his breakfast yet."
"Okay." Says Julissa starting to pout.
I pick her up and put her in the high chair. I turn on the TV and put it on nickelodeon.

"Julissa be careful."
I have her holding a cup of Orange juice. She's walking so fast I'm afraid she'll spill it on the new white carpet.
We finally make it to the bedroom.
I place the tray of food on a chair nearby. I take the cup out of Julissa's hand and put it on the nightstand.
I let Julissa get in bed.
She climbs on top of him and starts tickling him.
"Daddy wake up." Yells Julissa
"Mmmmm." Says Johnny with his eyes still closed.
"Wake up." Yells Julissa she starts jumping up and down on the bed.
"I'm up I'm up." Says Johnny his eyes flutter open.
"Happy Birthday!" Julissa and I yell at the same time.
"Thank you loves." Says Johnny
"Look." Says Julissa she runs out of the room and comes back with a picture.
"What's this?" Asks Johnny
"It's your gift." Says Julissa
"Who are the people in it?" Asks Johnny
He pulls her onto his lap.
"That's mommy, that's me and that's you." Says Julissa pointing to the scribbly stick figures.
"You made this for me?" Asks Johnny
"Yes. You like it?" Asks Julissa
"Yes babygirl I love it. I'm going to hang it up in my office." Says Johnny kissing her all over the face.
"We made you breakfast."
"I see let me have it. I'm starving." Says Johnny Julissa climbs off his lap so he can eat.
I hand him the tray of food and orange juice. I made biscuits, bacon, scrambled eggs, and grits.

"Where you going?" Asks Johnny
"To the hair salon. I have to get my hair done for later."
"What's happening later?" Asks Johnny
"We're going to dinner for your birthday remember?"
"We are?" Asks Johnny looking confused.
"Yes I only told you like a thousand times. I swear you never listen to me."
"Wait I remember now. I'm sorry Bae don't be mad. I have lot going on at work lately. It just slipped my mind." Says Johnny
He grabs me by my hips and kisses me.
"Eww." Says Julissa walking into the room.
"Shh." Says Johnny
"I should get going anyway. I have to pick up Lena."
"Why do you have to get her?" Asks Johnny
"She wants to go with me. I won't be gone long."
"You better not. I want to spend my birthday with my two favorite girls." Says Johnny
"And you will. I just need to get made over. I want to look perfect for you."
