(Damian's pov)

I rolled over in my bed pulling the blanket up over my face to hide from the sun peeking threw my curtains. I sighed softly know I had to get up and be ready before my father arrives... father... curse him. He leaves off-world with some of the league abandoning his kids and now he's gonna pop back into our lives like nothing ever happened? It seems fucked up to me.

Sighing I lowly I got up from my bed and went to take a shower and do other hygiene stuff. After I was done I got dressed and started down the hall to make breakfast, as I walked down the hall Timothy passed me neither of us saying anything or making eye contact. It had been that way for a while even though we lived in the same house we only ever talked regarding serious things or our nightly jobs. But I guess our lack of communication was mostly my fault, whenever we tried to talk like normies we ended up arguing and with no-one else around to break us up those arguments seemed never-ending.

I continued threw the house to the kitchen where nothing seemed particularly appetizing and I didn't feel inclined to cooking so I settled on an apple. I sighed and looked around for something to do, it was Saturday meaning no school not that id necessarily go if there was. I guess I could train considering it was probably too early to fall back on my worse habits and I didn't want to be a complete mess for when my father and older brothers showed up later today. Making up my mind I continued down to the gym taking any frustrations out on a punching bag.
