KYLE BECKER WAS FUMING. He had sent that voicemail to Kayden two hours ago, and she still hadn't responded. After everything he had done for her, he had expected at least an apology text. But of course not.
He and Kayden had been dating for around seven months now, and he felt that he had had her wrapped around his finger enough to be able to do whatever he wanted. But now that she was meeting new people and hanging out with freaks like Aiden O'Conner, she was going around thinking she could do whatever the fuck she wanted. Which had to stop.
Kyle was undoubtedly rich, walking around with one hundred dollars in cash from his parents every single day. He bought Kayden whatever she wanted, was the perfect boyfriend; and all he asked for in return was one thing: respect. And she couldn't even do that for him.
He didn't enjoy hurting her, but he knew it was necessary. Someone had to make sure she was in line, and it had to be him. That was the way it worked.
He sighed, looking over at the random girl he had fucked the night before. He thought her name was Allie, but he could be wrong. She had dark hair, dark eyes- but she wasn't Kayden. Not at all. Kayden was something special for him, someone he knew would never, ever leave him.
He pulled the covers up, propping himself up on his elbow and put one arm around the naked girl's waist. "Hey, Allie?"
Allie- thank God that was her name- blinked blearily. She looked up at him, her eyes focusing. "Hey, Kyle. What is it?"
She probably expected him to tell her how beautiful she was or some shit, but Kyle didn't care. That was reserved for Kayden. He didn't give a damn about this girl, he just needed someone to get off too. And with him and Kayden fighting all the time, it wasn't like this was a one time thing either.
"Do you know who Aiden O'Conner is?" Kyle asked. "And what type of car he drives?"
He was getting his girl back. And once he did, he was never letting her out of his sight again.

"It happened!" Milo announced, sliding into the booth next to Hudson.
"What did?" Hudson asked him anxiously, and Holland groaned. "If they found another dead body on the side of the road I'm going to kashoot myself!"
"They found another body?" Casey asked, appearing with ketchup packets in his arms. He climbed into the booth next to Holland as Gen appeared with drinks and Reed beside her, looking anxious. "Did someone say body?"
"Okay, everyone chill!" Milo said, putting his hands up. "No body- at least, not that I'm aware of. The ice cream machine is fucking broken. I just asked."
"Christ, Milo!" Alexis said, reaching around Eliza for a fry. "We thought someone had fucking died!"
"Well, I'm sorry everyone is so on edge," Milo shot back at her, looking in the bags of fast food for his and Hudson's burgers. "I can't believe our town is being overrun with these murders a month before fuckin' Halloween."
"Why is everyone so freaked out about Halloween?" Alexis asked. "People are literally dying!"
"Halloween is legendary," Hudson said wisely. "People don't usually mess with it here."
"Yeah Hudson, hate to break it to you, but I doubt that applies to a serial killer." Gen informed him as she took a sip of her iced tea. "Where the fuck are Aiden and Kayden anyway?"
