On the night of my special day, everything is set and ready. From the hotel, to the food and to the dress.
And I am still in the bathroom, waxing my legs. I have one hour and thirty minutes before the party start and I'm still here, waxing my legs. Sigh. What am I doing with my life.
The red cocktail dress I'm wearing is tight in the waist and it hugs my curves perfectly. It's low cut, exposing a little cleavage. Classy, a teaser and not at all trashy, if I say so myself. Like cmon, my Mom wouldn't allow me to wear something that would make me look like a hooker. The dress flows all the way to the floor with a slit up it's side, showing off my long, tanned legs.
I paired it with my Silver Jimmy Choo's Stilettos and wore a simple but at the same time fancy silver statement necklace. It goes perfectly with my silver stud earrings that my Mom gave me last year and Viola, I'm all ready to go!
When I reached the venue, everyone had already arrive. I was greeted by a lot of people and I must say,I feel a little bit dizzy just by getting hugs and kisses on the cheeks. I went to check on the foods that are going to be served to my guests and finalised little bits and pieces to make sure that everything will go smoothly.

I got out of the car and headed towards the entrance with a bouquet of roses and a bag filled with 3 presents that I have prepared for her. I hope she will like it.
I first saw Daniel, Julie's cousin and approached him.
"Hey man! Have you seen Julie?" I asked.
" Wassup? Yeah, I think she went over there." He point towards the stage area.
" She wants the DJ to change the song to something that'd be able to liven up this dead atmosphere. " he added.
" Oh I see, thanks man. " I said before I walk towards the stage area.
The lights in this room is so dim so I had to squint my eyes to find her, like that even helped. After searching for five minutes, I finally found her.
Jesus Christ, I have such a sexy girlfriend. The slit on her dress is showing her toned and tanned leg and her long wavy hair turned into soft curls, all pulled to the right side of her shoulder,exposing her neck and I feel like kissing it.
" Dave! You're finally here ! " She said happily, snapping me out of my daydream or shall I say nightdream. Aha aha, I'm so funny.
" Hello, love. These are for you, I hope you like em. " Handing her the flowers and the bag of presents.
" Aww thank you, baby! " she replied and kissed my cheek.
" You're welcome, you look beautiful tonight. " I smirked.
" Why thank you, Mr.Baker. You look handsome as well. " She winked.

The night passed faster than I expected, probably because we had tons of fun and laughter. It's the best day of my life. We took a lot of pictures and everything was amazing and perfect. The cake was really good. It was a two tiered cake, and the flavours were Salted Caramel and Red Velvet. It was the best Salted Caramel cake I have ever had.
It was covered in pastel rainbow coloured fondant and embellished with tiny cherry red flowers on the edges of the cake and on top was a small book made out of even more fondant and on it, it said ' Happy 18th Birthday Julie '.
My reaction was like a five year old child who saw a dog for the first time. Well, five year olds were probably were afraid of dogs though. So maybe not.
My reaction was like a 5 year old child who saw a pink princess bicycle for the first time. I think this is much better.
After the party, a few of my close friends and I decided to chill in my hotel room that Mom had booked for me as a surprise. She said that I could celebrate a little bit more just with my friends and without any family members.
After I changed out of my dress into my usual home clothes, I received texts from my friends saying that they invited Dave over to my hotel room and have decided to give us our own private time. I quickly dialled Belle's number but she rejected it. What have they done. I have never stayed in a room with just Dave before. Even though he has been my boyfriend for quite some time.
When I was about to make myself look better than the state I am in now, the door bell rang. Oh shit.

Hello everybody! :) Finally here is an update for you after so long, I'm so sorry. :(
I finally had the time to just sit down and continue my story, so here ya go! :) I hope you will enjoy it, and I will try to update more when I have the free time. ( I will have a lot after my big exam ;) )
