Your P.O.V

"SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! SPAM!" I hear yelling down the stairs. I sighed looking up from my book, "What the hell are you yelling about it? Are you on your period or something?" I asked peeking from my book at the Alter in front of me. Alter crossed her arms glaring at me with her gold eyes,"I'm hungry." Alter said simply with no explanation.

"I'm aware of that.." I respond raising my brow as she bend over the arm rest on the sofa still glaring at me. "Well..can you make food for me?" Alter asked somewhat trying to be cute which was not working, "You know how to cook spam, I'm not your maid or house wife Alter." I said stern then went back to reading my book.

"But I burned the spam, last time I cooked it.." Alter said trying to regain my attention she lost."Oh! Yeah I remember that! You almost burned the house down when I went to go get food for us! Jesus, I told myself to never leave you alone again. You are so lucky I came home in time!" I yelled still frustrated about that incident that happened like, couple months ago but still I think anyone would be mad at they partner if they almost burned down your house.

"So..does that mean you'll cook food for me?" Alter asked playing with the zipper of my hoodie that I lost couple weeks ago. "No, you're old enough to cook for yourself. If you don't wanna cook, then go to KFC and get some fried chicken. For once I'll let you drive my car." I said pointing to my car keys on the coffee table that was beside me, Alter whined more before plotting herself on top of me.

She whined more into my tank-top but thank god it was muffled, I put her hoodie on and pat her head as I continued to read my book. After like 5 minutes Alter lift her head up which kinda scared me little, shut up I thought she was sleeping alright.

Anyways, she tries giving me the puppy eyes which I ignore pretty hard. This keeps going for like another 2 fucking minutes, and I finally give in pushing her off of me. I place my book mark in my book putting it on the coffee table, I grab a pan heating it up while grabbing a can of spam. "How much slices do you want?" I ask grabbing a cutting board placing it down on the counter.

"Four." Alter answered trying to look over my shoulder which was cute. I chuckled looking over my shoulder, "What are you trying to achieve, King of Knights?" I asked making sure I don't cut my finger off with the knife. "You're too tall.." Alter complained and just ended up looking under my arm, "I'm not that tall! If anything Alexander is taller then me! I'm only 5'6" I slightly yelled kinda taking back from the comment.

"That's still tall for my short ass.." Alter mumbled under her breath watching my hands as I cut the spam. I sighed heavily but continued nonetheless.

I watched as my glutton of a king stuffed her face with food, while I drank...a glass of wine. I kept sipping until Alter finally looked up to make eye contact with me,"Thanks (Y/N), I love you." Alter said having a small smile on her pale face. She leaned over the table pecking my lips then went back to stuffing her face, I smiled getting up then kissing her cheek.

"Yeah, love you too ice queen. Don't forget to wash your dish and clean up after you're done eating." I said rubbing her head, Alter nodded her head and I went to reading. God I treat her like a child, but it seems like she doesn't mind it.
