Peter's pov

I anxiously hold the camera that I have
Mr.Jameson wants me to take pictures
of the Avengers and the Stark's family..
but how am I supposed to do that..will
they let me? I hope,I sighed and looked
for them , I'm currently wearing a suit
and it's hot and uncomfortable I hate it
but what can I do? this is my job and I
really need money , I can't stay forever
at the orphanage and I know that the
two couple that's taking care of us are
having trouble with money too , yeh I
Peter Parker is just a thirteen years old
orphan , I actually had to beg for them
to let me work for the daily bugle

suddenly there were gun fires , people
started panicking and screaming,I saw
one of the bad guys carrying a little girl
who's crying and screaming , the people
wouldn't do anything to save her which
made me angry , I don't know who the
kid is , but I can't just watch her being
kidnapped by some bad guys and stand
here like an idiot and do nothing , I let
out a sigh and removed the camera from
my neck and ran towards the guy and
yelled "Hey!" , everyone stared at me,I
knew I looked like an idiot but I ignored
everyone who are watching , I focused
on the girl and the bad guy , who's now
smirking "what? you need something?"

"yeah , I need the girl back" I said and
he scoffed "why would I listen to you,
listen kid , dont act like a hero you are
just going to embarrass yourself" he
said , I rolled my eyes and did the only
thing I could, I threw my camera at his
face ,he groaned and placed his hands
at his face ,I took this as an opportunity
and pushed him which made him fall
on the ground, the girl escaped and she
went behind me , I carried her and took
her away from the bad guy "you're not
going away you little shi-" the guy said
as he pull my right foot , I shut my eyes
but I didn't feel any pain,I heard a giggle

I slowly opened my eyes and saw a teen
with dirty blonde hair holding both of my
shoulders so that I won't fall , I looked at
my back and saw Tony Stark and the other
Avengers chasing the bad guys , I slowly
and safely placed the girl down who's still
giggling... I blushed , oh my god I almost
fall , thank god this nice guy catched me
and since when did the Avengers get here
wait a minute... I looked at the guy who
catched me and the girl "are you guys..."
I said and they laughed and nod "the kids
of Pepper Potts and Tony Stark" they said

I heard some people talking and taking
pictures and videos, I forgot there are some
people here... "thank you...for catching
me I mean" I said and he smiled "it's fine
also...this is yours right?" he said showing
me my now broken camera , I frowned and
nod...oh no I don't have any money to buy
a new one...oh shit what was I thinking, I
smiled and took it from him "thanks" I said
and was going to go home but then I felt
someone grab my arm , I looked behind me
and saw Tony Stark "wait..." he said

I tilt my head "yes?" I said , oh my God he's
Talking to me! "Thank you for saving my
daughter...you know kid you're really brave
also I'm sorry about your camera , I'll give
you a new one , or if you want I can just like
fix it" he rambled,I laughed and he stopped
"it's alright Mr.Stark I just did what I need to
do , I can't just stand there like an idiot and
watch her be taken by some bad guys" I said and that made him smile "you know
you're really cool , want to eat dinner with
us? then I could fix your camera" he said
"wait really?" I said "yeh" he laughed

and that's how I end up sitting here with
the Avengers and the Stark family... it's
very awkward...all of them are staring at
me , what do I do? someone coughed ,I
looked up and saw Steve Rogers , oh my
G o d "guys stop staring at the kid" he said
"I'm not a kid" I said and covered my mouth
oh no...I shouldn't have talked back ,I saw
Mr.Stark chuckle "yes you are" Hawkeye
or Clint Barton said while staring at me
"I'm not ...I'm almost 14" I said... and then
all of them stopped eating and stared at
me like I did something wrong...maybe I
did? "Uhh what?" I asked

"he's 13 years old?" they started talking
"Isn't he supposed to be at home" they
said and the I realized "oh my god...I need
to go back to the orpha-" I stopped talking
and awkwardly stood up "you're an..."
Harley Keener the guy who catched me
said "yes" I said and stared at my feet "I'm
an orphan..." I said "hey what's your name
again kid?" Mr.Stark asked "Peter Parker..."
I said "what do you think of us as your new
family?" he said...do I want them as my
family? Ofcourse , any kids would want
them as their family , I mean imagine Tony
Stark wanting to adopt you...but.... "I can't
I need to go back" I said and was going to
walk away , I just saved their daughter just
that , I can't have a new family no matter
how much I want to have one ....I can't let
more people die because of me again

"Wait Pete" Mr.Stark said as he pull my
wrist "I'm s-sorry I-" I said and started
crying, now that they can see me being
a cry baby , do they still want me as their
new family member? Ofcourse not no one
wants me , I'm just a burden ...I'm just a
worthless human being ... "sweet Jesus...
don't cry kid I'm really bad at these stuffs
but we really think it'll be cool if you let
us be your family" he said "but Mr.Stark
what if bad things happen? and then you
g-guys get hurt because of me ...or what
if...if you-" I stopped talking , they hugged
me , it was comfortable and warm....

"people die because its their time, don't
think something like that Peter , we're
heroes and we're used to always getting
hurt and there are times that we'll almost
die , but hey we're here standing infront
of you and asking you...to be our new
family member" Black Widow said as she
hug me , I sniffled and hugged back "I'm
Sorry..." I said "So....will you let us be your
family Peter?" they all asked at the same
time "yes" I said while laughing

"Hey Ben... Hey May , Mr.Stark adopted me
...I left the orphanage but I sometimes go
there to check the other kids...It's really fun
living with the Avengers and Pepper and their kids...who are now my siblings...I miss
you both...I larb you"
