Redemptions Road 3 - The Dead End

Chapter 2

They arrive back at Julius' house and spend a long period of silence just thinking about Jackson and what had just occurred at the warehouse. John finally breaks the silence. "She's alive you guys. I saw her right before I got shot with the dart." They both look at him wondering if he was right or not. Allison says. "It can't be her John. She died when your house exploded." John paces around the room trying to think of something. "Well whether it was her or not. It isn't gonna stop me from killing Donovan as I have promised myself." Explains John. He begins to remember everything he had been through from the explosion to now. He then says to Julius' and Allison. "Let's think of a plan."

They sit as night fall hits trying to think of a plan to go against Donovan and the assassins. Julius explains. "They are gonna keep the warehouse protected at all times to make sure we don't show back up, but that doesn't mean that there's another way to get in. We just gotta to figure out how to get in without getting caught by one of the assassins or of course Donovan." Allison tries to be helpful, but she knows she's out of her element due to the fact that she is a technical genius. Allison asks. "Even if you do get in. How are you gonna get to Donovan without being noticed?" They both look at her realizing how important that question was. Julius begins to think about how they could pull off this mission. Julius answers her question. "We need the perfect disguises that will be less suspicious." John stands against the wall and says. "No, no more hiding I'm done playing games with this. Donovan has made my life miserable for too long now, and it's time to put an end to this horrific nightmare."

The next morning John and Allison load up in Julius' car and head back to their hometown. "Why are we going back home?" Asked Allison. John exhales and then responds. "We need all the weapons we can get to take on Donovan. Everything we need is at the warehouse where me, you, and Jackson lived." Allison then asks. "Do you really wanna do this John? I mean I understand this hasn't been the best year of your life, but you're doing this because of someone that may not even be alive. First your house exploded, then you had to kill Jeremy, and now you are bound and determined to kill Donovan. For what cause?" John thinks long and hard about what Allison just said as they arrive at his warehouse. They head inside and immediately John starts grabbing guns, knives, and whatever other weapons he needs. Allison stands there in the middle of the room thinking about if she made him mad about what she said. John walks back over to her with a big duffle bag on his side full of weapons and begins to walk out when Allison stops him. She goes on to say.  "John we don't need anymore blood on our hands. Next thing we know it could be you, me, or Julius that faces the same fate as Jackson." John turns and faces her and says to her. "The only blood that's gonna be on my hands next is his." They leave the warehouse and head back to Julius' house.

They arrive back at the house later that day, and John drops the bag on the table in the kitchen revealing all the artillery he brought. Julius looks in amazement as if he just realized they got the upper hand on Donovan and the assassins. He asks. "So, what's the plan John?" John just smiles and then replies. "We make our point of who they are dealing with. When this statement is made no one stands in our way except Donovan." Julius smiles at his answer. Allison asks. "How are you gonna pull this off?" John laughs. "No one is outside at night and all the assassins sleep there. Donovan arrives at the warehouse at 7am every morning. This bomb will be set for 7am tomorrow morning, and then the warehouse will explode killing the assassins leaving Donovan all alone." He responds. They both agree with the plan, and they wait for nightfall.
