Chapter Three - The Enemies

Bell's POV

It's currently 7:01 am, and I'm standing in the center of the guest room - which over a short time had become my room - still thinking how fast this happened. I'm pretty much part of the Ryan family, Mrs Ryan got me clothes, stuff, school things...

I guess Alex wasn't lying when he said Mrs Ryan was thinking about making me go to school.

But why would they just willingly accept a stranger to their home... It's unusual or is that how humans generally behave?

I got dressed up in a dress. I hadn't gotten used to wearing jeans so.......

I'm a little worried that this family might find out I'm an Arphaxadian. But for now I should enjoy being away from Krell, away from princess duties, away from training-
My powers
I really hope my powers didn't leave me when I left Arphaxad

I searched the room for something....... Then I found a spoon I grabbed it sat back on my bed. I took a breath in held the spoon at both ends and I used my super strength..... and it broke.

Well.... Super strength... Check

I saw a bottle at the desk near the mirror. I stayed where I was, stretched my left hand forward towards the bottle and I used my telekinesis to unscrew the cap, lifted the water out of the bottle until it was dangling in mid air. Then I formed my left hand into a fist and the water dangling in the air froze.

Telekinesis and Ice powers..... Check.

The window was opened so I used my telekinesis to move the ice outside and it fell on the ground making a loud noise.

Maybe I should stop throwing things out their window.

I got up, walked out of the room and came face to face with Alex's door our rooms were opposite each other. As I walked down the hallway I heard voices so I followed the voices to the living room and saw the whole Ryan family standing close to the door....
What's going on??
I began to walk towards them but I missed my step and I fell tumbling down the stairs...... Again.

"Damn girl, don't they have stairs in Italy" Alex says.

I quickly got up rubbing my hands over my face making sure I had no cuts and there was no gold blood.
I ignored his question

"What's going on?" I asked
Owen grabbed my hand signaling me to listen to him

"Dad's going off to work forever" He said

Mr Ryan chuckled crouching low to Owen's height
"Not forever. Owen I'm coming home next month."

"Still feels like forever" Owen grumbles

"Okay now" Mr Ryan chuckles "I gotta go. Miss you guys a lot. Including you Bell. I'll be back next month that is if you guys don't get any trouble but I know you guys, you'll get into trouble and I have to come home sooner. Don't get into trouble especially you Alex...." He said about to leave but he paused remembering something
"And Cassie"

"Bye Dad" Cassie rolls her eyes and said

"We'll miss you" Brett said.

"Make sure to come home with your full body parts Mr Ryan" I said with a smile and everyone turned to me like I just said something really weird

What now?

Back in Arphaxad that means travel safe and return safe.
They ignored me and continued on
