I open my eyes to an endlessly blue sky. I squint, shielding my eyes from the blaring sun. A familiar, earthly scent fills my nose; As I gently squeeze the ground below me, I realize it's grass. But not just any ordinary grass. No, this grass felt strange, almost artificial, yet it's scent seems so real.
I stumble to my feet, taking in my surroundings. The sky's clouds stretched far beyond the eye could see. Where the horizon should be, was instead a bottomless void, speckled with stars as the sun's light slowly faded from the sky. There was no land to be found, besides the small, floating island that I now stand atop of. In front of me is a sign, feeling almost out of place in this empty world.
"Welcome to this new Blockate Place! Press CTRL to start building!" it read.
