When you make the User giggle they start blowing bubbles out of their skin pores. Make the User laugh and they will attack
Bubble bullets-Rapid Bubbles are Blown towards enemies that feel like bullets
Capsules - Bubbles Meant to trap enemy and hold things
Lift- much like Uravity The user of this quirk can float. If they hold in a laugh the bubbles cause them to float
Drawbacks: This is an High Energy quirk, so it makes User tired after each use, 10 uses and the user is out like a light.
Appearance: has blue bubble like freckles and water like hair.
