Lovino sat uncomfortable in Antonio's lap. "Oi when is that bastardo going to get in here?" The Italian grumbled as he shifted and held his stomach.

"Be nice Lovi, there are other patients out there that need their babies checked too," the Spaniard nuzzled into the back of the Italians neck and smiled brightly. "You're so adorable," he mumbled gently rubbing his stomach.

"Bastardo, don't rub there it's embarrassing enough to be huge," he huffed softly as he held the others hands. "I just want to figure out what our babinos are and get out of here so we can sleep,"

Soon enough the doctor had walked on with a chart in hand. "Well, you two are having handsome boys," she smiled at them and wished them luck exiting the room, leaving the Spaniard to calm down the emotional Italian with whispers of his love for him and the babies.
