Night had fallen on Gotham not too long ago, it was like any ordinary night in Gotham, dark and rainy. Batman would be driving his batmobile, chasing thugs driving away in a van full of stolen cash. The back of the van doors would swing open, showing thugs armed with what seemed like M4-16. The thugs without a second thought opened heavy fire on the Batmobile, but to no prevail as the bullets from their guns would ricochet off of the batmobile.

"That's annoying." Said Batman in his batmobile, he'd press a button next to his glove compartment, it would activate the gun turrets on the batmobile, non-lethal bullets but enough to get the job done, batman would command the turrets, lowering them as the bullets sprayed on the tires of the van.

The van would start skidding across the Gotham streets, the tires exploding what seemed like almost instantly, the vehicle would then flip over towards its side then its roof, continuously rolling over a few times before skidding onto its side. The Batmobile would then stop, the roof of the batmobile sliding open as Batman would hop out.

Batman would start walking closer towards the rolled over van, checking to see if they were either possibly dead or heavily injured, predicting this from that heavy crash. But his prediction was wrong as the door of the van would once again fling open, thugs hopping out of the van quickly opening fire on Batman on sight. Batman would be evading the bullet fire as he tossed a few batarangs towards the thugs holding their weapons, the force of the Batarang would be enough to unarm the thugs, giving batman the advantage.

Batman would charge the thugs, slamming his fist into one of the thug's jaw, the thug falling unconscious easily, two thugs would try and punch batman but batman would easily counter this, grabbing on the thug's wrist and twisting it. As the thug screamed in pain, Batman would use his body as a baseball bat, slamming the thug into the others, knocking them all out simultaneously. Batman looked around at the unconscious thugs, ready to alert Alfred that the job is done and to inform the GCPD.

As Batman was ready to do exactly that, he would hear a gun click, turning around to see a thug holding a gun, it was the get-away driver. "Don't move Batman!" said the thug, aiming the gun at Batman, "You have caused a lot of trouble, and for that, you will die! Say goodnight, Batman!" The thug, ready to shoot Batman would feel a sharp pain at his wrist, the first thing the thug would do was scream in pain, dropping the gun as he held his wrist, looking at what caused this, it was a single Batarang, stuck in his hand as blood would start to flow from it. The thug would fall on his knees screaming but then after a few seconds, the thug would fall, unconscious.
"You took a while-" Said Batman, staring at who was responsible for injuring the thug and basically 'saving his life'. The person would be wearing a green domino mask, and a costume belonging to . . . "-Robin.".

"Don't worry about informing the GCPD, Batman. I already had that covered." Robin continued. "And they should be here right . . . now." Batman and Robin would start to hear police sirens coming close, Batman and Robin would drive away from the scene, driving back into the direction of the cave before the cops arrived, leaving the rest to the GCPD officers.
"I still believe that it isn't necessary, Father" Damian muttered, crossing his arms. They'd both be sitting in the batmobile, Batman manually steering of course. Batman wouldn't stare at Robin, focusing on the road, Batman instead sighed and replied.

"This'll be good for you, Damian. For you to interact with other kids your age." Bruce had enrolled Damian into Gotham academy, and tomorrow would be his first day attending the school, he would be going his freshmen year, being the age of 14.
"Again, I don't believe this is necessary, Father. I don't need to interact with those simpletons, I already have Grayson, Todd, and Drake. And, I'm already to busy as it is, attending this 'Gotham Academy' would just be another distraction." Damian sighed, annoyed and a tad bit angry that his father enrolled him to such a ridiculous thing.

"You won't be Robin anymore." Bruce simply stated.
"What, you can't be serious father!" Damian shouted, shocked and surprised, he already knew that saying no to going to Gotham academy would mean that he would get punished, but not getting the only thing he loved get taken away. Damian loved being Robin, he couldn't let it go, swallowing his pride Damian would reply.

.

.

.

"Fine."
