Korekiyo was a character I thought I'd have to write without a request because nearly everyone doesn't like him. I personally love him a whole lot and he's a super awesome character if you take out his sister.

Living there was a hellhole, my only escape was Hopes Peak, now it's just another hell.

I'm (Y/N) (L/N), family friends with the Togami's and ultimate General. My family is birthed in Russia and Germany, then moved around helping countries and continents with our top tier armies led only by the best of the best. Using only the highest and most powerful technology we've made and our development of physical strength to our advantage. Yet his means countless souls are on your hand, you must murder to survive and make sure others don't die alongside you in this survival.

When I came to Hopes Peak I thought I could escape that murderous hell, when I arrived half and half bitchy bears told me I must kill to get out alive. That already has everyone on edge, not to mention all of my clothes are my family's uniform, the button up shirt with our symbol on the back, skirt to mid thigh, and the socks, and horrid flats. My room was a dark (F/C), the families color, weapons all around and the MonoPad lay at the foot of my bed.

I hated it, everyone was talking and hanging around on edge but hoping to develop a relationship with each other to prevent murder. I already made my point before I left to my room,

Everyone was shaken up or whatever from what the bears had said, I honestly stopped paying attention and went to sit in a corner close to the door. I was staring at my hands, I never had a string but I could see everyone else's. If I stay here I would never get to know if I even have a soulmate.

Yet when I looked back up everyone was surrounding me except for a few I can see in the back. "Hello?? Earth to lonerrrr?" It was a short purple haired boy, as annoying a rat.

"Fuck... off." I was quite but the expression on my face surely screamed get away. "Excuse me? You'll have to speak up." He was about to be the first victim...

"Who are you? What's your ultimate?" This time it was a blonde haired girl, cute and gentle. She kind of just pushed the rat aside.

I stood and everyone took a step back. "I'm someone you should fear. You don't need to know my name, yet you may know that I'm the ultimate general. If you insist on staying alive I recommend staying away." I glared at them all and walked off.

I really don't regret it, they crowded around for no good reason. Sure I'm around a crowd of soldiers and family all day but annoying students who don't turn at my command aren't favorable.

Yet someone did peak my eye in the crowd, couldn't quite tell if they were male or female but they were slim, ocean green like hair, fairly tall, fair skin, piercing yellow eyes. But you couldn't see their full face, there was a mask covering it with a zipper where the mouth would be, strange. Among the various characters that were around in the gym they confused me. Being a general you learn to pick up on attributes good and bad, then personality traits quickly as to reform and exceed your soldiers.

Day 2, everyone is still determined to prevent killing but have become weary once learning about my talent and miss tits (Miu) told them some about my army. Since she's the inventor I expect her to be familiar with the Togami's technological capabilities, and the army that protects it.

In another note everyone is talking about soulmates too, guess this does make it harder for the bears quest for us to kill each other since everyone is finding their soulmate in this hell. I haven't gotten a string, nor have I got any aquantences or friends. I just want to get home at this point. And on top of it all I've skipped out on meals to avoid conversation.

My stomach grumbled, I don't know the last time I ate before coming here but it must have been a while. Pushing myself off my bed I went to the dining area, well as close as I could. I haven't left my room to explore so it's obvious I'd get lost. Looking around the school that's basically in ruins I saw the masked kid again. They seemed to be heading somewhere, out of curiosity I went to follow. They walked strongly and almost determined, somewhat like the soldiers in training.

Once they'd stop I saw we were in the kitchen and dining area. Seemed I met my destination after all. With a soft smirk I went to the kitchen to see what we had to eat and cook with. There wasn't a lot, I'd assume they'd keep more to feed all of us. Luckily I don't take too much to satisfy. I grabbed a couple slices of bread and an apple then went off to the dining area. There the mask kid was, he was just sitting and reading. I get weird vibes off of them, I can't exactly describe it but I just get a weird feeling in my gut. I sat a bit away from them and ate.

It was silent for a while until they broke it, "You're that ultimate general girl, are you not?" The voice was obviously male and came from the now confirmed boy, it was smooth and calm. I nodded noticing he began staring at me. "May I know your name?"

I sighed, wouldn't be any use to keep hiding myself. "(Y/N) (L/N), what's your name?" I noticed a little shock when I said my last name, he must've took full realization of where I stand in the general role.

"I'm Korekiyo Shinguji, ultimate anthropologist." I chuckled hearing his talent.

"Anthropologist? You must be well cultured. Yet your uniform is very military like, you sure you aren't a soldier?" Studying him, he didn't seem dangerous, afraid, or someone to really talk much. His uniform is similar to the military uniforms but his mask is quite uneasy. But he let out a soft chuckled when I asked him.

He lifted his hand to shake mine, "I'm sure I'm not, I may be in shape but not to that extent." I smiled and lifted my hand to shake his but stopped when I saw it. It's not possible. "Is something the matter?"

I raised my hand to my face and lifted the string, it was such a vibrant red and the string seemed so easily broken and so fragile but us the tales are real it's unbreakable until death. "This is a unique event, isn't it?" I looked at him as he raised his hand, I couldnt begin to explain the shock.

After a few minutes I chuckled finally getting a grasp of this. "Well it seems meeting each other was fate. Hopefully we can get out of this together now, Korekiyo." I smiled genuinely at him and it seemed he smiled back through the mask.

"We have much to know about each other, how about we get started?"
