"Mom, please I don't want to go. I don't want to go away from everyone, from everything here in Buenos Aires. It's my home. New York will never be my home! I hate it there! Please mamá." I said while sobbing quietly in her arms. I was moving out next week. I was leaving my home, my country, everything! My two brothers, Adam and Josh seemed to take it pretty well though.

"Honey, you know that your father is a diplomat. His job requires him to travel a lot." My mom said. "I know mamá but can't papá just make one exception for this time?" I asked.

"Mija, we already discussed this topic now go pack your clothes!" My mother said sternly. " But mom I have one week left to do it." I replied. I was still angry at the fact that I was moving. Just the thought of it makes me puke. The new school, new people, new everything; a new life. I sighed sadly.

"Mia! What did I tell you!? Go pack your things now!" My mom yelled angrily. "But mamá, I have 1 week left! I can do it tomorrow or some day before we're going." I replied back. "Mia no, you always pack your stuff late, you will not wait the day before to go pack your things!" Now my mom was really angry. Oh God I gotta Zayn now.

I went to my room, switched on my Bluetooth player and played Nobody compares by one direction. Yes I am a directioner. I absolutely love them! Well I hope one day I can meet them because I have been supporting them since 2010 when they went on X-factor. Well this packing thingy will surely take a few hours so let's get to work baby!

"Mamá! I am done!" I said to my mom in the kitchen. Suddenly, my phone rang. My best friend,Abril  was calling me. I hadn't even told her that I was moving out. What a terrible friend I am! Abril was a very sensitive girl and it was hard for her to make friends since she was sick. Well not really sick, she was a CF patient and students in my school made fun of her because of this. I was suspended many times for having punched a few girls and even boys because they tried to either remove her mask or they called her names which were offensive. She was a very beautiful and smart girl and she also had a nice personality; I don't get why she would be bullied. She was a naturally tan girl with curly black hair and dark brown eyes. We kind of looked the same but our eyes and hair were very different; while she had curly black hair and dark brown eyes, I had sleek black hair and hazel eyes. Her figure was curvy and chubby and she looked so cute and carefree. She was natural unlike some girls in my school. I don't get how they can have plastic surgeries at 17. Well some have rich parents so....

"Hello Abril! How are you!? Are you still at the hospital?" I yelled through the receiver. She chuckled at the end of the line and started answering. "I am good and I am still at the hospital."  She said. "So what's up?" I wanted to know why she called me because when she was at the hospital she never phones because of some stupid protocol, bloody peasants. "The ceiling, also I have to tell you something." My heart started beating fast. " Um I have to tell you something too.." I have to but I don't want to break that small, fragile heart of hers. " We say it together then?" She suggested. "Yes." I replied shortly. "I'm moving out." We said in unison. I was baffled. She gasped. " Where are you going Mia??" She asked. "New York and you?" She gasped again "OH MY GOD MI WE ARE BOTH GOING TO NEW YORK!" she yelled through the receiver. "Which school are you going to?? What is your address?? Are you taking the bus to go to school? In which neighbourhood are you going to live in?" I showered her with questions.

"I am going to live in Midtown Manhattan and I'm going to attend Beacon high school next month and I am travelling by car to go to school; what about you??" " Oh well, I got to ask my mum, I don't know yet." I replied.
