Chapter 1: it just hurts

**Niall POV**

It just hurt me to see him like this. Knowing that some asshole was with Eleanor instead of him. But he wouldn't tell us who because it was some kind of secret. I don't even know if he knows yet.

**Louis POV**

It was hard not to tell Niall who Eleanor cheated on me with. The fact is that I don't even know! I just wish she would tell me.

Ever since el and I split, me and Harry have been growing apart. I don't even know why. Was it because Eleanor was his friend? But we are closer than him and el.

I walked upstairs and knocked on his door.

"Haz? You in there?" I asked as I knocked lightly on his tall white door.

"Erm...yea Lou come in.." He answered. Lou? Why lou? Doesn't he call me boobear? What's happening between us now?

"Hey.." I said as I walked in.

"Mhm." He turned around to face me.

"What's been going on lately?" I asked.

He shrugged.

"What's happening with us?"

He again shrugged.

"Seriously Harry? What the fuck is going on with us?!" I kind of yelled.

"I don't know Lou. We're growing apart I guess."

That broke me.

"But I-I don't wanna grow apart haz.." And the tears streamed down my face.

"Well..erm...I don't know what to do about it.."

"Can it be Larry again? Our fun joking relationship where we always get along?" I sobbed.

"I don't know..."

"What did I do haz?! Huh?!"

"Nothing. It's me."

"What did you do?!"

"I can't say.."

"YES YOU CAN!" I was infuriated.

"You'll hate me!"

"No I will not."

"Yes you will I KNOW you will!"

"No I will not."

"You will."

"Will not."

"Will too!"

"Will not!!"

"Will too!!!"

"I WILL NOT!"

"YES YOU WILL LOUIS!"

"Swear to god I won't!"

"You really wanna know? Cos' I know you will hate me."

"I do. And I won't."

"Eleanor cheated on you with an asshole."

"No shit." I said.

"I'm the asshole."

**Liam POV**

I was cooking downstairs while Harry and Louis were upstairs and Niall and Zayn were watching films downstairs.

All of a sudden we heard Louis yell and then a loud crash.

"Stay here!" I told Niall and Zayn. And I ran upstairs.

I opened the door to see Louis on top of Harry with his fist raised. And a broken lamp on the floor.

I ran over and grabbed Louis and threw him on the bed and picked Harry up and put him on the chair.

"Ow." Louis grumbled under his breath. While Harry was trembling in the chair.

"What in the world do you think you're doing you idiot?!?!" I yelled at Louis.

"YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING?!" he yelled louder back at me. I took a step closer and towered over him. He backed up and remained seated.

"You want to yell again?" I asked, being Daddy Direction.

"Nope!" He replied almost immediately.

"Good. Now what are you doing?!"

"Can I yell? Just to get my anger out? Please? And get Zayn and Niall, they should know too." He said.

I went and got them and came back up to where Harry and Louis were staring at eachother about to kill one another.

"What the hell is going on?" Zayn whispered to me.

"I came in here and Louis was on top of Harry about to kill him." I whispered back, making sure Niall heard too.

"Can I yell?" Louis asked. Niall and Zayn looked confused and surprised at that.

"Go ahead-"

"PRETTY BOY OVER HERE WHO THINKS HE CAN GET ALL OF THE GIRLS, WENT AHEAD AND HAD SEX WITH ELEANOR AND THEN THEY STARTED TO DATE BEHIND MY BACK," he stood up and pointed to Harry, his best friend, with so much hurt in his eyes, "WHEN ELEANOR BROKE UP WITH ME!! HE BETRAYED ME AND EXPECTED ME TO NEVER FIND OUT AND NEVER TELL ME!!" at this point Louis was bawling. "I THOUGHT T-THAT F-FRIENDS W-WERE S-S-SUPPOSED TO STICK TOGETHER AN-AND TELL EACHOTHER EVERYTHING AND NEVER DO ANYTHING TO H-H-HURT ONE ANOTHER! WHATEVER HAPPENED T-TO THAT?!!" he finished.

I could tell he was done as he flopped on the bed just bawling his heart out because his best friend betrayed him. Niall, Zayn, and I were now tearing up because if your best friend betrays your best friend, he betrays you too.
