Scott's POV
I arrive exactly 5 minutes late. I see Yammy standing with someone. I wonder who it is? As I get closer I can kind of see the person a bit better. I get closer and I see who it is, it's LAUREN!! Why is she here? Is Yammy trying to get us together or does she just want to spend time with us? Yammy waves at me, I wave back. "Hi Scott!" yells Yammy, maybe a bit to loud. "Uh hi Yammy, hi Lauren" I say back, "Uh hi" Lauren says, she looks to the ground. It's obvious that she is uncomfortable, maybe because I confessed my love to her only a few days ago. We walk in and Yammy gets a table for 2. "Uh Yammy why did you book a table for 2 and not 3?" I ask Yammy, Lauren is listening too. "Uhh well surprise, you 2 get some time together, all alone" Yammy replies and then runs off. Me and Lauren just stand there in silence. I finally decide to break this silence. "Okay we both know that we are both uncomfortable, we both like each other-" Lauren cuts me off. "How did you know that I liked you?", "Oh uh Oli told me". We once again sit in silence. "Lauren, I-I-I like you! I really really like you, and if you don't like me as much as I do, t-that's fine" I don't know why but I got a bit upset. I walked out of the restaurant and headed to my car. As I go to get in someone grabs me by the arm, I turn around and Lauren kisses me. We are just standing there, the cool breeze flowing through her hair. As our lips slowly break apart we once again stand in total silence. "Scott, I love you too". I feel so relieved and happy. I've never felt so happy in my life! "I love you too Lauren!". Lauren smiles at me, I smile back. This is the most happiest day of my life!
Thats it guys. Honestly i'm no good at writing romance but I love reading romantic stories, especially with Scott and Lauren. I definitely think that they are a perfect couple and I ship them, but I also have to remember that Scott is gay in real life and Lauren is happily married. I just hope that they stay good friends! Anyway bye xx
