Its Friendship's Day

Nandini came forward and embraced Navya.

The things are much better between Navya and Nandini. Nandini has met Navya a couple of times after coming back from Denmark. Though nothing is same as it use to be in their college times but they were still friends in fact good friends but not best of friends.
Both Navya and Nandini hugged each other, afterall they were meeting after months.

Nandini's gaze landed on Aryaman standing behind Navya with a sweet smile on his face.

"Hello Nandini ji" said Aryaman and Nandini couldn't help but smile.

"Hii Aryaman ji" she spoke before embracing him. She was practically meeting him after more than four years. He was the one who stood strong by her side as a friend when she thought that she had lost Manik. Though he loved her and even confessed it to her but he never tried to impose his love on her, he never let any kind of awkwardness come in between their friendship. And that's what sets him different from everyone.

"Hii man"Aryaman forwarded his hand towards Manik for handshake but for few seconds his hand hung in mid air. Sensing the dismissal Aryaman was about to take back his hand when Manik side hugged him taking him by surprise

Yes Manik had grudges against him but not anymore. He was not even a part of their lives anymore so what's the use of acting arrogant. In the end of the day who cares.

But this brought a smile on Nandini's face. The smile Manik could do anything for.

Then Aryaman met everyone one by one.

"Nandu I missed you" said Navya side hugging her.

"We met last to last month" chuckled Nandini

"Now that's a long time"

"So who asked you to go invisible for two months" it was Mukti glaring at Navya

Navya bit her tongue.

"Sorry" she mouthed holding her ears.

Mukti glared even more.

"Arre this sorry is from Abeer as well" said Navya making a puppy face which worked instantly.

"Where is my baby" asked Mukti excitedly looking behind Navya.

"Vo actually Ma has taken him with her to Patna for few days"

And Mukti's glare was back.

But Navya shrugged it off and hugged her.

"Hii Manik" said Navya with a toothpick smile and Manik and Nandini chuckled.

"Hii Navya" said Manik.

"Mukti can we now have the pleasure of meeting the lucky guy" asked Navya

"Why do you wanna meet him when you have did not have the time to attend my wedding" said Mukti eying all the new arrivals.

"Hey don't eye me, I never got the invitation" said Aryaman hanging his hand in the air in a defensive manner.

"How was I suppose to invite you when I had no contact with you"asked Mukti

"Well you gotta do some efforts inorder to invite Aryaman to grace the occasion" he said with a smirk.

"Shut up" replied Mukti with equal attitude.

"Arre yr Mukti please na, just reveal the suspense now" said Navya in a pleading tone.

"C'mon Navya, haven't you seen Manik-Nandini's music video? It was shot at the wedding" said Alya

"What music video?" Asked Navya confused.

Now Nandini had a playfully smile on her face.

"Seriously Navya you are unbelievable, that song is trending from the day of its release" said Dhruv
