His obsession

Junkook had always been a curious person. While other kids would be playing outside or not leaving their moms backs of being scared to face the world and its many many secrets. He would be trying to chase all of it.

Reading many scientific books and googling absurd things in his free time.

He was found rather odd, not only by the bullies at his school. But also by his own parents and close ones he felt off.

Another tendency of his was dedication. If he wanted to know or learn about something he will do anything in his power to do it. For example this one time in primary school,

"Okay class today we'll be talking about space and the planets roaming trough it" His then teacher miss Hwasa echoed trough the classroom.

While all the other kids in the class groaned and cried of boredom ,detesting every second of it. Junkook listened with sparkling wide eyes, mouth slightly parted. A thing of his when he was concentrated or interested in the subject.

"Alright so in the middle of the black galactic navy is the sun, you all know what the sun is right?" Miss Janson tried on the kids. She had told them ,the class before and now tested who remembered.

Since no one dared to raise their hands. But the big eyed tiny kid ,wearing glasses sitting on a desk in front of the class.

"Yes Junkook" The teacher said a slight sigh to her voice as Junkook was that one kid who always rose his hands. No surprise to her or any of the kids rolling their eyes cause of course Jeon Junkook would know.

Junkook smiled a little. "The sun is a star made of hot gas. It's the center of our solar system and all planets in our solar system orbit around it. The sun seems much brighter and bigger ,because it's closer then all the other stars" he explained, passionately. A few kids in the back snickered whispering degrading curse words to each other, then laughed at it.

Miss Hwasa noticed and glared at the bunch, she placed her finger infront of her mouth shushing them.

The teacher cleared her throat returning her gaze on Junkook's slightly cowered shy one.

She was rather roughly shocked. It was right all of it, but the teacher had only explained the sun as 'The sun is a star'

"I-I've done some research miss" he said almost faintly. Miss Hwasa hummed. It was clear from then that Junkook was different then all the other kids she's ever teached.

He was a curious one.

Curious doesn't necessarily mean something bad.. it could be something staggering. It's just the extent of curiosity, the level how far you'll go to find out.

It could be a innocent little knowing, or an extreme life changing decision.

Which in Junkook's case would be the latter.

Junkook was obsessed with space, stars even the mysterious planets. He had a obsession of finding out the unknown of space. Even his dream or accomplishment for later was too be a astronomer and an advanced one at that.

Junkook got a strange obsession with the galaxy ,mainly the stars floating around, million light years away from the planets and everything surrounding it.

That's why when Jimin said 'your eyes look like the galaxy' he felt it was fate and trusted the kid immediately.

You may find him a little delirious or easy to fool, somewhat hopeless. But hey it was him ,and Junkook learned to be proud of it, accept himself.
