Henry POV

Bendy still looked pretty upset once you left the lounge, he wasn't eating or drinking anything. He wasn't even trying to rest.

I wonder what's going on with him?

We reached a familiar vent and it took us to another safe house among the studio. You urged him to rest up a bit but he just shook his head impatiently.

"We need to keep going.."

You put your hands on his shoulder, "I'm sorry. I really am. But you need rest."

You could feel his anger boiling in his red vibrant eyes. You sighed and decided to pin him against the wall. In return, he was surprised.

"What are you doing!?"

"I'm going to knock you out."

"What!!?"

He pushed and kicked but you managed to keep him against you. He growled at you then sighed. There was something he was hiding from you.

You whispered in his ear," Please, I don't want to hurt you, I just want you to listen."

When you let him go, Bendy immediately slumped to the ground and you sat beside him. He was trembling and you pulled him close to you. Bendy didn't try to push you away and you stroked his hair.

"Bendy, I know that we've wasted some time, but I just didn't want you to be so exhausted that once we free Boris, you wouldn't be able to do anything."

He nodded, and you could tell he was pushing back his fatigue.

" I just hope he's going to make it..."

He's too tired.

You rubbed his head and he looked up at you with a surprised expression. You never really got a chance to actually look at Bendy. His horns were pitch black and he had pointed ears that looked like triangles on the sides of his head. You mainly paid attention to his eyes, usually, they defined what emotion he is feeling. At the moment, they were violent and dark, but tired and you could tell that Bendy needed some rest.

Bendy took a glance at you and he had a questionable look on his face, "What? What is it?"

"Ah, no it's nothing." You looked away from him as you told him that.

There was an awkward silence until you felt a little weight resting on your shoulder. It was Bendy, he had finally fallen asleep. You smiled and scooped him up in your arms and walked over to the mountain of pillows against the wall. You laid Bendy down on all of the pillows and pulled a small quilt over his body.

You resisted the urge to lay down with him as well but instead, you picked up a book and looked around the room to keep you occupied. Bendy woke up from his nap about thirty minutes later while you were packing up some extra supplies.

He yawned sleepily and looked up at you and you helped him up to his feet. After getting everything together, you and Bendy headed out of the safe house. There was a strange door at the end of the lounge area. The sight you and Bendy saw when you opened it...was unnerving.

Bendy's PoV

"What the hell.."

You backed up a few steps after Henry opened the door leading out of the lounge. You nearly lost your balance but Henry gently pushes you back up. Instead of balancing yourself, you instead collapse on the floor under you. You were trembling and utterly speechless.

No...It can't be...not this.

You began coughing and soon enough, Henry was holding you close. You were muttering something but even you couldn't make out what you were saying. Henry was holding you close as you and he walked into the swarm of inky beings. You stayed frozen until you and Henry reached a vent exiting the room.
