Todoroki had found out that Midoriya had been transported to a nearby hospital, due to his condition.
"Uh, do you know what room Izuku Midoriya is staying in?" he asked to the nurse.
"What is your relationship to the patient?" she asked.
"...Friend" Todoroki answered.
She started flipping through the papers. "Room 517. To your left".
After he said his words of thanks, he rushed off immediately, trying to find the room.
Todoroki finally found Room 517, and slowly opened the door.
Inko was already there, sitting next to Deku.
"Ah, Todoroki" she said, noticing him. She looked at Deku and nodded.
"I'll leave you to it" Inko said, before leaving the room, leaving a silence between Todoroki and Deku.
"Todoroki, I-I didn't mean to....I meant to tell-"
"Why didn't you tell me?" Todoroki asked, cutting him off harshly.
"I didn't want you to worry" Deku said.
"But I did! I was bound to figure out sooner or later" he said.
"I'm sorry..."
"How bad is it? Your condition" he asked. Midoriya shifted slightly.
"Considering what happened today, I'm guessing it worsened" Deku replied.
Tears started building up onto his eyes.
"I'm scare-"
He was cut off when Todoroki suddenly hugged him.
"It's alright. Everything's gonna be ok"
