SHINee Comes to Natchez

Chapter 1: Trip?!

SHINee was celebrating their newest album, I’m your boy.

“Onew!” Minho yelled giving Onew a glass.

“Cheers!” Onew yelled in the SHINee hotel room in Seoul.

Onew’s phone rang; it was their manager, Choi Jin.

”Oh, Mr.Choi, what is it?” Onew said.

“I need you guys to go to the office, got a surprise for you.”

“Who was that?” Minho asked.

“Mr.Choi, says he needs us at the office.”

The four members of SHINee were in the conference room when Taemin walked in.

“Oh Taeminni!” Minho called as he smiled at Taemin.

“Hey guys, what are you doing here?” He asked sitting down next to Onew.

“The same reason you’re here.” Mr.Choi said coming into the room.

“I know you guys are busy with shows, but I have decided to let you get a break. So you will be going on a trip.”

Silence.

“Trip?” Minho asked.

“Yes you will be participating in an American High school program for nine weeks.”

Jonghyun started to smile,”I always wanted to go to an American High school!”

“But aren’t we too old for High School?” Onew asked.

“Yes, but we only send you to schools with a low student count.”

“So it’s a show?” Taemin asked.

“Yes, but the camera will not be on you, each of you will have to vlog your experiences at the end of each week.”

“Aw, I wanted the camera on us.” Key whined.

“No you wanted the camera on you.” Jonghyun said.

Everyone laughs.

“Everything will be handled, your uniforms, transportation, and you also will be staying in separate apartments.”

Taemin’s, Jonghyun’s, and Minho’s mouths flew open.

“You also will be given $500 dollars every week to pay for your food, clothes, and gas money, and anything else you might need. And you will have separate classes.”

Key almost fainted,”Wait, 500 together or separate?”

“Separate and I will give you three days to pack, your flight leaves Friday at 2 a.m. and your first class will be Tuesday.” He slid a paper in front of them,”Pick any vocational class you would like to take.”

Everyone soon selected a class they wanted.

“What did everyone pick?” Mr.Choi ask

“Health Science,” Jonghyun said.

“Automotives.” Taemin said

“Digital Media Technology,” Both Minho and Key said in unison.

Both looked at the other.

“You always choose the things I choose, first London now this.” Minho said.

“I picked it because of the music production.” Key said retorting.

“Well I choose Early Childhood, Every since Hello Baby, I’ve like dealing with kids.” Onew said with a smile.

“Good, now everyone has decided, I’m going to take a lunch break.” Mr.Choi said getting up from the table and leaving out the door. Leaving the five boys surprised and excited.
