Chapter 4:

School Project

2 weeks passed..

"Class, today I will assign your first project of 1st Quarter. But, I will be the one to assign you into 2 partners." Mr. Smith said writing on a piece of paper. "Ughh!!" The whole class complained. Levi stayed silent not complaining. 5 minutes later, the teacher stood up holding a piece of paper.

"When I write your name on the board, you go to your partner and decided on what are you going to do on the project. The project is about literature. You have to give the facts about literature." Mr. Smith said. He then wrote the names on the board and this is the groupings:

-Nanaba and Mike

-Erwin and Nile

........

A moment later, Hanji and Levi didn't found their names on the board. Mr. Smith then wrote the last names on the board.

Levi and Hanji looked so shock that they found their names on the board.

Hanji's POV

Looks like my partner is Levi. I then approached Levi and he looks a little distracted. "Hey Levi!" I exclaimed trying to get his attention. "What is it shitty glasses?" He said closing his novel book. Looks like Levi has a nickname for me.

"What are we going to do shorty?" I said.

"What did you just call me?" Levi stood up from his desk with a furious face. "Chill down shor-, I mean Levi. You gave me a nickname shitty glasses, so I will call you shorty also.." I said. "Tch." He said and sighed. "And class, the project will be due tomorrow." Mr. Smith said gathering his papers. "Nani?!?" The whole class said.

"Looks like we are going to do the project this afternoon, but where are we going to do the project?.." I questioned. "How about my house?" Levi said. "Ok..." I replied.

We heard the bell rang alarming everyone that it is dismissal time. Me and Levi walked to our lockers and changed our shoes. "Shitty glasses, are you done?" He said holding his bag. "Hai!" I said. The orange and blue skies with scattered clouds. Silhouttes of birds flying and the road so quiet and dead. We walked to a familar apartment complex. I realized that I also lived here. "Ehh?!?! Wait a minute, I lived here!" I said in a surprise face. I turned to Levi with a shocked face. We walked upstairs the apartment complex and he reached out of his bag. "Did you know I lived next door." I said. He got his keys and unlocked his door. The room was pitched black and when he opened the lights. It revealed a well furnished living room with a connected kitchen. I took a minute to glance at the beautiful apartment and heard a voice calling my name. "Shitty glasses, let's do the project now." He said. We sat down at the floor with art supplies ready. "You are in charge of the research." He said.

"Hai, heichou!" She said while Levi sweatdropped.

Third Person's POV

Their plan is to make a book with some literature facts and categories. Levi and Hanji and Levi worked on their project for a few hours already. Cutting, writing, sticking and decorating. "Hey I am just going to use the bathroom shorty." She said going to my bathroom. A few minutes later she went out of the bathroom and walked towards the messy floor. As Levi was about to stand up, Hanji put her foot on the floor where the scissors laid and tripped. She landed on top of Levi with their noses touched. Levi and Hanji's were red as a tomato. They felt like time slowed down in slow motion.

Levi's POV

Hanji landed on top of me with our noses touch as I felt a fast heartbeat that lasted for a few minutes. Am I blushing? There is no way that I like her! Levi don't blush it is embarassing! "Can you get off of me?" I said. She got up and covered her face trembling. "Are you ok?" I said standing up. "I-i am ok.." She said in a concerned voice. We then continued our project and ate dinner. "I didn't know you can cook! Hanji said. "Well, I practiced and practiced.." I said. We continued eating and a few minutes later. While I was putting the last decoration on our project, I heard a soft snoring noises behind me. I turned back to see Hanji slumbering on the floor. "Tch.." I said putting the project in my bag. I carefully carried her like a bride to my sofa and put the pillow below her head. I went to my bedroom and got a spare blanket and spread the blanket on her body. I removed her glasses and placed it on the table. She was sleeping like a princess with moonlight shining through her face. I couldn't take my eyes off her but I later got ready for my night routine.
