Chloe Adams has always been a good girl. Growing up she was the epitome of the perfect child. Straight A’s, cheerleader, athlete, student government, band, chorus. She was the star of everything she did. An over achiever with a perfect track record, and the title of “Goody Two Shoes”, there was no other word for her but perfect.

After graduating from college she buys her first house, a fixer upper that needs a lot of help. It’s on a quiet street with mostly nice neighbors. There is one in particular whom Chloe tries to stay away from. He’s the residential bad boy.

Attractive, older, sexy, charming, and arrogant as hell Matthew Mackenzie seems to have it all. He has good looks, a magnetic personality. He’s one of those people you are just drawn too, and Chloe is drawn to him. You know what he also has… a girlfriend.

Putting romance on the back burner, Chloe takes a job on the new shopping mall in town. When she reports for duty on the first day she is in for a surprise. Sitting behind the desk is not the man who hired her the week before, it’s Matthew. He’s her boss, the owner and manager of the Mall.

Working with Matthew is a not as hard as Chloe thought it would be. It’s fun to see him away from his home environment, away from the watchful, jealous eye of his awful girlfriend. One day while talking about her house, Matthew volunteers to help her with her renovations. Desperate, she graciously accepts. The first day Matthew finds Chloe’s business degree, the next day she’s promoted to Assistant Manager.

Now working together around the clock, inside and outside of work Chloe finds her attraction growing. Soon she finds herself falling, and falling hard, into dangerous but very enticing territory. So will Chloe allow herself to fall head over heels for Matthew, or will she find contentment in the arms of another?

What will happen to the good girl? Will the good girl finally go bad? No one can stay good forever….
