Years come to pass and Lemony and I got married after I moved to the city. I'm obscenely happy with my life. I run The Daily Punctilio; hell I turned the place upside down! Now we put out reliable news and I'm so proud! Lemony is working on a new series that's following his goddaughter, Violet's, previous travels with her siblings after the poor things lost their parents... After a little over a year, Violet, her siblings, and their friends came to be under our guardianship, and Lemony and my daughter Laura made fast friends with the kids.
Laura Dashiell Snicket: my sweet little pride and joy... When she was born, Kellar promised me that he'd protect her with his life (Lemony and I had made it clear between ourselves that he'd be her godfather). Apparently her Aunt Ellie has some influence on her since she loves coffee... She's practically fourteen going on twenty-four and my hubby and I love how mature and smart she is. She's made her interest in photography clear, which is great because she'll have a job at my office waiting for her when she's old enough, but until then, she's agreed that the school newspaper is where she wants to be... (And I don't need to be told to know about her little crush on Jake and Cleo's kid, Kenneth...)
