a/n: This isn't my best writing but I think this is super cute but I mean it's Seungmin so it has to be cute.

"Hey Seungmin what if you could only be with one person for the rest of you life, who would you choose?" I said. Me and Seungmin sat in his bedroom, we've been friends since the start of high school and we liked to study and do homework together even though half the time we ended up playing games or watching tv. Seungmin had homework due the next day and I didn't have anything to do so I just sat on my phone looking at random things when I saw some random 'what if' questions and this one drew my attention. Like almost every drama I had a crush on my best friend, I know classic, but its not my fault. I'm too shy to tell Seungmin and I'm honestly not even sure if he likes me in that way so I rather just stay quiet rather then being heart broken or worse, ruining our friendship. Rather then telling him I wanted to see what he would say, maybe then I'll know if he likes me.

"Y/N I'm trying to do homework" He said not looking up from his paper and I whined poking his arm "Come on just tell me, all you have to do is say a name" and Seungmin sighed and turned to me trying to pull his best angry face but we all know Seungmin sucks at looking mad so I just laughed at him "You look soooo scary" I held my hands up pretending to be scared but I was obviously just being dramatic. "Can I please just do my homework, I'm gonna kick you out" He raised his eyebrows at the last part, I fake gasped and covered my heart "You wouldn't" and he smiled "I don't know I might have to" and I let out a small 'humph' and dropped my shoulders and he shook his head and turned back to his paper.

I must have zoned out, thinking about everything, then I feel something poking my shoulder. "Hey Y/N earth to Y/N" Hes shaking his hand over my face and I shake my head looking at him "What uh- yeah" I ask "You okay?" He asks and I smile and nod "Of course" I look down at his paper "You finished?" I ask and Seungmin nods.

"So that what if question you ask earlier I have my answer" He says simply and I widen my eyes forgetting that I even asked that. "Well uh who is it" I ask trying to keep my composure. "You" He said and my heart stopped, me? Maybe I heard wrong "M-me?" I feel my cheeks grow hot. Seungmin nods and I feel his hand grab mine and I freeze, I have to be dreaming.

"Uhh Y/N I...I like you and if you don't-" I cut him off with a smile "I like you to Seungmin" and he lets out a heavy breath "oh thank god" I chuckle and he does the same looking at me and we both stop and stare each other in the eyes, it was like a movie where the whole world stops and all that's there is us.

"Is it kind of weird that I want to kiss you right now" Seungmin says in a whisper and I shake my head my eyes locked on his "Not at all" and within a second his lips are on mine. It was a soft pleasant kiss one that filled me with happiness. It lasted a good 5 seconds before he pulled away and a sheepish grin was on both of our face. "T-that was my first kiss" I said quietly "Mines too" Seungmin said looking at me before his eyes quickly looked at the clock behind me "Oh shoot it's late you should probably start heading home" I slump down at his words and whine "But I don't wanna go home..." and Seungmin stands up holding his hand out to me "I'll walk you" I look up at him and smile taking his hand. "I guess that's alright" I shrug and he pulls me up "Well it better be cause I was gonna walk you anyway"

The walk home was short since I didn't live far but it felt like I was on cloud nine. I finally was at my apartment and I stopped outside and turned to Seungmin who looked at me "Welp I guess I'll see you tomorrow" I say and Seungmin nods before leaning down and laying a soft kiss on my forehead "bye y/n" he says and I smile "bye minnie" and he lifts his eyebrow "Minnie?" And I just nod "its cute so get used to it"

Seungmin starts to walk away backward still looking at me before doing a small salute "sure thing cutie" He says and my heart flutters as he turns around and makes his way back home. I think I'm gonna start playing what if games more often.
