Chapter One

A/N Hey guys! This is written by two people Ashley and me, Nadine. The plan is to switch POV's every chapter, so one chapter will be Armin's POV and the next will be Eren's POV. Sorry if it's confusing. I hope you guys enjoy this fanfic. ~ Nadine

Armin's POV

Armin walked to the front doors of Titan High, it was his very first day of high school. The blonde was really nervous and his best friend was nowhere to be found. He sighed to himself as the brunette promised the other he wasn't going to be late but of course, the other was late like always. He entered the front doors and walked the long halls looking for his locker.

The halls of Titan High could be scary if you didn't have someone like Eren to protect you. The blonde realized that while he was looking for his locker. The blonde continued to walk around aimlessly looking for his locker till he found it by the Science classroom.

Armin opened his locker since it didn't have a lock on it yet, he had bought a lock for this reason. Armin started to place some books from his bag that he didn't need into his locker when an upperclassman knocked into him on purpose, the blonde just continued to put the books in his locker and ignored the upperclassman. Armin was used to this, it was a daily thing; getting bullied by others because he was a nerd and gay. He had been bullied since Elementary school and some of the people that went there with him, must have told people that he was gay; they also must have guessed that he was a nerd.

The only reason why people knew he was gay was because of a dare he was given. Either to tell everyone if he was gay or not or to run around with no clothes for ten minutes. He chose to tell everyone that he was gay so that was the only reason they knew.

He guessed that as soon as the others from his Elementary school got there, they told others to avoid him because he was gay and 'he could be gay for you'. The only reason why he knew people were saying that was because he heard people talking about it and giving him weird looks as he walked by.

The bell rang signalling that it was time to go to class, the last one of the day.

Armin was finishing up his notes when he looked at the time, there was still half a class left but he was already done and the teacher was letting them catch up on any unfinished work. He looked around and noticed that he was the first one done, like usual; during Elementary school, he was always done first. He grabbed his bag from underneath his desk to look for any work that he had left to complete from his other classes, he didn't. He had finished every piece of work that he was given that day so he put his bag underneath the desk again.

He pulled out his phone and a pair of earphones from his pocket, he always had a pair of earphones with him because he loved listening to music; he unlocked his phone and opened Spotify. He put his earphones in and lowered the volume so his peers wouldn't hear the music. The blonde clicked on one of the playlists he played the most. The first song to play through the earphones was "Teenagers" By My Chemical Romance, it was one of his favourite songs by them.

He placed his head on the desk while using his arms as a headrest. He was waiting for Eren to come and talk to him, it had been a long day without seeing Eren. He chose to avoid Eren during school because he was popular while Armin wasn't.

Armin didn't really understand why Eren hung out with him, Eren was popular, unlike Armin. Armin was the shy type while Eren was always talkative. Eren had a reputation that he didn't want to ruin so the blonde stayed out of the others way.

Eren always had a reputation since Elementary school, he was known as the bad boy. Most people didn't know that the two always hung out and grew up together. People didn't think that people who were the total opposites would hang out, it was strange apparently. He didn't care what others thought of him because he was basically invisible so no one thought of him except Eren.
