Strange friendship.

Chapter 15: "The world of nightmares."

I opened my eyes and saw that I was lying in a strange place. Around me it was dark and only where I woke up, lit up the floor, which was lined with a chessboard, but to understand that it illuminated, and did not work. Looking around, I saw three of my old friends, who were also beginning to Wake up, and Darkness that still lay.

— So, you guys all right? — I asked the others, getting to my feet.

— It's fine, — Po said, lying on the floor, gathering her strength.— I think so... yes, — Laa-Laa replied, saying the last word with fright, looking around the area.

Dipsy also lying on his back, raised his hand with the thumb, which was turned up.

Making sure all my friends were safe, I ran to Darkness and shook him gently. After that, he slowly opened his eyes.— How are you? — I asked, gently lifting his head.—  T... tired, — barely said Darkness, then weakly turning his head to look around.— I'll carry you, — I said, picking the boy up.— Laa-Laa, are you all right? — I heard Po's voice, turning I saw that eyeless shakes a little.— I remember this place, — said Laa-Laa In a low, trembling voice.Then there was a loud voice:— Of course you remember it. We've seen each other before.— Shadow, — I said, looking around.— Also true, my friend.— Friend?! You were never my friend! — I shouted, and then Darkness woke up , whose after I took him in my arms, again closed his eyes. — Where are you hiding, coward!— You hurt me in the heart, — said Shadow, in the same calm tone. — I want you please, your assumptions about my cowardice are false. Just stay on the bright path and you'll find me.— It looks too easy. Be careful, guys, who knows what's really at the end of this road, — I said to the others.— Tinky, why do you believe him? — Po asked me.—  I don't believe him. But, unfortunately, we have no other way. Forward, — I declared, and we, though uncertainly went on the road.After walking a short distance, the light was gone, it was pitch dark around, I could not see anything, even my own hands with Darkness.   Suddenly the light flashed, and I noticed that I no longer had a boy in my arms, and my friends didn't were with me."What the hell?!" — I asked in my mind, and then went forward along the only lighted path.Walking alone through the Kingdom of nightmares, I felt really creepy. I don't know if it was a product of my imagination, or the tricks of the Shadow, but sometimes I heard different sounds: laughter, crying, screaming, and sometimes some whisper that I couldn't make out. These possessions really impress me, they were built from the nightmares of the other Teletubbies, as well, if we assume that Laa-Laa really was here, before her there were others, who came into this world, and many of them probably did not return to the present.Still walking along the path, listening to strange sounds and trying to understand them, I soon saw Po, she sat facing me with her head down.— Is everything okay? — I asked her, slowly approaching her.Then she raised her head, and I saw that she was uninfected, and said:— It's your fault — and then she disappeared in a cloud of smoke.— What do you mean? — I asked.— Have you forgotten so easily? — Dipsy said as he walked toward me, he looked ordinary except for his eyes, which were red.  — You're guilty in our death, — approaching me, he disappeared in a black cloud.— Shadow! Stop playing with me!— It had nothing to do with him, — Laa-Laa said, appearing behind me. — It's you, — she said, and then she disappeared.Suddenly, I felt weak, fell to my knees, I said:— I'm not guilty — then, in my head, I began to hear the voices of the three friends that I was condemned. — No! — I shouted, that there is urine, after what, all it calmed down.Sitting on my knees with my head down and my hands on the floor, I felt nothing. My heart was beating very fast and my mind was blurred, and I was only glad that everything was quiet, even the sounds of this world were gone. Suddenly I heard shadow's voice:— Still feeling guilty about the past?— Shut up. Soon I will kill you, and this nightmare will be no more, — I declared, rising to my feet.— We'll see about that. I hope you're ready to hear the bitter truth, but it will change your life for the better. Just go ahead.Without saying anything, I walked down the path.   Continuing my journey through the realm of nightmares, and thinking about what the mystery of Shadow wants to tell me, I heard Darkness's voice:— Tinky.— Darkness! I'm so glad to hear you. Are you alright? Have you seen the others?— All right. I'm standing next to Dipsy, but I haven't seen any girls.— Where are you?— Large illuminated circle. I see you, you're not far.— I see, — I said, and ran forward.Soon I saw the green fur of Dipsy, and the dark skin of Darkness, which waved to me, apparently showing that they were there, in response, I raised my hand up.Running up to them, I saw that the place where they stood was a large circle of light, and several roads that came to him.— Guys, I'm so glad to see you're all right. Now we have to find the girls, — said I ran up to him and panting.— I see them, — said Darkness, turning to one of the roads. Looking there, I saw two black silhouettes that were walking along the road, sometimes looking around.Suddenly, the figures stopped, looked around, then ran forward.— What is happening?! — I asked Darkness.— All right. I told them they were already near us, — Darkness replied, and red and yellow furs were visible in the distance.When the girls reached us, I said:— All right, we're all here, time to find Shadow.— Don't bother — he heard the voice of the king of nightmares, and then, from somewhere in the darkness flew the smoke from which is formed Shadow (tall figure with a big belly, and a white smile on his face, which was stained with blood).— What did you want to tell me? — I asked, raising my head and looking at the white smile.— I hope you're ready, because this will involve your parents, — replied Shadow, and then my friends looked at me with incomprehension.— I know what my parents did to me.— No, you don't know. Your parents didn't leave you, I killed them.After these words, in me as if all is empty. There were only two feelings in my head: rage and pain. All this time, I thought my parents abandoned me, but they were actually killed. All these years, I spent with my friends to forget about the past. Now, the main problem of this past is standing right in front of me.— Bastard! It'll end right here, I'll kill you, and I'll live in peace! —  I shouted, turning into my second form.— Let's check how strong you are, — said Shadow, and then around the circle began to appear black spots, from which crawled teletubbies, but they were doused with some black viscous liquid, and was visible only one eye, which burned red.Po has turned into its second form (with two blades that came out from the back), Dipsy also has acquired a new look, (in which it became higher and more like the amphibian).— So guys, make a circle, closing Darkness, but he needed Shadow, — said quietly I rest, after which we blocked the boy from all sides.— Forward, — commanded the Lord of shadows, and his huge army came at us.

   Although the warriors of the nightmarish world were good fighters, their strength is no match for ours. Soon after defeating the Horde of monsters and not weakly beating the shadow king, he sat down on his knee and panting, asked:

— Are you really sure you can beat me?— Yes, it will happen here, once and for all, — I replied.— You don't know about me, i said Shadow, and then, near Darkness appeared a black spot, which got out of hand and dragged him down.— No! — I shouted, trying to grab the boy, but it was too late.Then from Shadow's chest, is back that hand, and he took Darkness in his large hand, he said:— I think I was deceived when they said that this boy is great.— Let him go! —  I shouted.— Sorry, Tinky. But I have other plans for him, — said Shadow, and then a little harder squeezed his hand.— Tinky! It hurts! — I heard the plaintive Darkness's cries, who even opened his outer mouth in pain. Then Shadow, with a thumb, he poured it into his mouth some black liquid.The shadow disappeared and Darkness landed on the floor, but after he looked at me, I realized it wasn't him. Everything was as in that dream, his eyes were completely white, and his mouth, small streams of blood.— Yes, this is great strength in that little body wasted, — I heard Shadow's voice, who had examined his new body.Then he waved his hand up and under my friends, there were black spots, and of them the hands that began to hold them.— Now tinky, you'll tell me everything, — said Shadow, limping, approaching me.— Tinky, he is weak, you must finish him, — I heard Po cry.— Yeah, buddy. If not you, then no one, — Dipsy confirmed.I knew it wasn't Dark anymore, but I still didn't want to hurt him. Even if I want to hit him, he's too fast, and he knows when to Dodge. After what, I remembered, as Shadow grabbed Darkness, and decided to repay him the same coin.I fell to my knees and put my head down, and then Shadow laughed and said:— You're so weak, Tinky.I didn't answer. Then he jumped on me, but I stood up abruptly and hit him right in the face. The blow was so strong that the king of nightmares flew out of the body of Darkness. Then, a Shadow lifted up out of his chest flew black smoke and disappeared, and the body fell down. But it looked very different, it was a normal teletubbie about my age with black fur and white face.

   Soon, the world began to crumble, and some of us are a portal.

— Everyone! Run to the portal! — Dipsy shouted.Picking up Darkness, I ran to the portal and just wanted to jump into it, when I heard:— Help!Turning, I saw a Shadow being dragged down by black hands.— Take the boy, I have something to do, — I said, handing Darkness into Dipsy's hands.— Are you crazy?! — Dipsy shouted, grabbing my shoulder.— Don't worry about me, — I said, then ran to Shadow, and Dipsy jumped into the portal.Stretching out the Shadow, I quickly set him on his feet, and we jumped into the bright portal.
